    I need help because leonbet won't pay me my money!

    My name is Jaya. I've been a leonbet customer for about a year now. My account is verified and I've made several deposits and withdrawals with no problems. Until a few days ago when I over $9000 in a few days time. I requested withdrawal of some amount on March 30 but I got an email saying my withdrawals are suspended for a verification and it'll take 3 days for checking. It's been more than 3 days and there's no communication whatsoever from leonbet. Chat support has not been helpful, they chat like robots and only give generic answers. 

    The biggest frustrating point is I received no other communication other than that first email. No update on the process and they didn't even ask me for any document or anything like that.

    Please help look in to this. My account id is 7******.

  • Hi Jaya. As far as I can see, your withdrawal was paid out in full on 7/04/2023.

    As for the withdrawal delay, such checks can occur in some cases, though usually not often, if deemed necessary. This is stated in paragraph 6.8 of our T&C:

    We reserve the right to verify user's playing activity. In some cases such verification can take up to 30 working days. During the period of verification processing payments from this account will be suspended.

    I think this clarified our actions and the issue can be considered resolved.

  • Leon casino blocked my account saying that my I'd card was forged, and they won't let me withdraw my winnings. They said that i should upload a different document but then they blocked my account

  • Hello LCB-Team, i would like to file a complaint against leonbets, i have never ever experienced something like this from any Casino/Sportbets site. I deposited around 1600 Euros in total a few days ago and wanted to withdraw 2.000 Euros, after i tried this they told me to send a ton of documents, even if i was automatically verified before. Now they want a selfie from me with my ID and a paper with the name leon and the actual date in the other hand, on top of that with the gambling website on the desktop, how am i able to do this without a laptop and how i am able to do this when i live alone with only a smartphone? On top of this they excluded me from any bonusses and limited my betting amounts because of 3-400 Euro Winnings and i only betted on odds over 2.00, can you help me out with this?

  • Leon bet robbed me and not paying my withdrawals. I have sent all proof like passport, my selfie, wallet statement, Liveliness checked. everything done. but they are coming up with new excuses and not paying like they are saying im sending photos and not pdf, sending using software. All im doing is downloading statement from mobikwik and sending back.  I don't care if the account is gone. just give me my hard earned money.  This is fraud.

  • Hello, I'm experiencing a similar issue with Leobbet. Deposited $1000, won, and tried to withdraw, but they're delaying with multiple document requests. Already 15 days have passed, and they're saying I need to wait 30 days. Frustrating!
