  • Don't play there..They don't pay..I won 25 euros, I sent all documents and deposit 10 euros and wager it once which required with purpose to cash out  but they say that my email is different of my name but in registration not required to write my name and the email owns to me and to a member of my family and dont want to pay my winnings.They say also that they can confiscated  my deposit according to their rules which is illegal according to law. What are they thinking?Are they police or public organization and have the ability to confiscation of my deposit and my winnings?All I can say not play here waste of time and you will not get your money and winnings

    I am very sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience with us.
    Unfortunately from what you've described, I can only guess what the reason for the rejection of the verification was, which is why I would like to ask you to send me the email which you've used to register at Lemon.Casino through a private message. In your own best interest, please don't post it here in the thread.
    I will reach out to you and we will have a look at whether everything was rightfully or if there was a flaw on our side. thumbs_up

  • They answered me via message here in lcb and they dont mention anything about my deposit..If they think I send another's person id which is not true they should return my deposit . How they keep a deposit if it is from another person account like they say..I want my money back. Dont play here they dont want to pay a small amount of 25 euros and want to keep also 10 euros deposit..Waste of time and money

  • They dont pay my winnings and not return my deposit ..I wager my deposit once and not loose it and still not retun my money..I sent my documents and I had one real deposit .I dont care anymore about my winnings and I will never play again but I want my deposit back.For me they are collectors They

  • Hello I registered an account with lemon Casino one day ago I deposited $10 then I had a $10 bonus so they 100% match that when I went to play the game where I had my free spins it said I was out of the jurisdiction I then went to live chat spoke to Elisa which was a waste of time she wasn't even present through our conversation I don't think she could care less all she kept asking me was for to verify my account which I did I showed her the banking stuff and all of that and then I told her you know what I want to close my account just give me my money back and I want to close my account he said she'd get back to me she didn't today I talked to Wiktoria and she was just about as much help as Lisa was which was no help once the life chat was done I received an email saying I was blocked because that's what I requested I wanted to be self-excluded due to self-exclusion which is a lie they said they sent out my money but I have yet to get it I'm just so beyond frustrated bullshit this place is absolute garbage it frustrates me that these people are even allowed to do this..
