    So the max cashout from the bonus you claimed is $300.

    The casino informed us that your withdrawals are sitting in Security Clearance because of your chargebacks. 

  • The casino has stated this but yet has not told me any information on these supposed chargebacks. My withdrawals have been sitting  in the queue for 7 weeks. Can you please ask the casino to send me information on what chargebacks they are talking about. They don’t seem to ever respond to me.

    I won here along time ago on a low dep,figures rules where changed. And till this day I have still not received the $300 that supposedly is coming to me. Wire transfers don't take that long. At least this is what my bank told me. Anyhow you people want to donate and deposit to this site good luck on getting your withdrawal

  • weird becouse code said coupon valid with deposits of $30 or more with a Max cash out of $10,000. I think I might need a giant magnifying glass to see the small print did I miss something I must have

  • March 3rd cashed out. The only thing I saw on the bonus that was in small print was 10000 Max Cashout. However it did not say anything about these new rules that they're talking about. As you know I want about a year ago on this site for a little over 2,000 I believe it was and I did the same kind of deposit amount. So I had the impression the rules were the still the same but eventually I guess they did change somehow but I was unaware of it. Very convenient if you ask when it just happened supposedly in February.

    We've checked the casino T&C and it is stated that for any deposit bonus coupon from 250% or more, the maximum allowed withdrawal is the sum of 10 times the deposit amount. (Maximum cash out allowed will be $10,000.00 in all cases, based on a deposit amount of $1,000.00, unless stated differently for the specific promotion) - this is the example they give if you deposit $1,000.

    You deposited $30, so it means that the maximum amount you can cashout is $30 x 10 = $300

    We strongly advise you to read T&C carefully before depositing. It's player's responsibility to check them before playing.

  • Oh don't worry I'm not playing here anymore. It might be my responsibility but it's also the responsibility of the casino to notify you of any changes made in the rules regulations. It doesn't take a freaking month to get 300.00 . I'm just going back to my local casino it's a lot easier they pay cash and you come home with it with no rules and no stupid internet crap.

  • If some of you would take the time and read thru this thread. It would have saved you a lot of heartache and pain. I've mentioned on this thread several times that unless you are willing to wait a long time. Do NOT PLAY at this brand of casinos. They have a long history of over 15+ yrs of slow paying its players.

  • Spoke with customer service you can’t give me an explanation of why my account is locked from seeing my withdrawals. Sent customer service an email that they were going to forward to security.  Still no response from anyone on this matter

  • We finally heard back from the casino today. They informed us that your withdrawal was put on hold. The time they put your withdrawal on hold, they had only one chargeback. As of 15th May they received 12 chargebacks. As they informed us they are already in touch with you and you are well aware of this situation.
