  • What makes this casino so weird is the fact there bold enough to run there processors so close to US soil.  Most run a processor in some 3rd party country based in the middle east or asia.  So I'm wondering if there "being" sniffed up again by the US authorities.

    By the fact that they actually have a descriptor from Canada and credit card descriptor based in the US.  It's no wonder they always run into financial issues.  Someone in the higher up has to have some huge assets somewhere it's just a matter of what.

  • So I received an email today with an answer on the status of my withdrawl and the naswer I recived was... "Your replacement payment via check is now in progress."

    So once again they will not give me a direct answer and so goes another week that I still wait. I dont want to get upset because I know they can just not pay me at all.

  • @KBRI73 - payments to USA players is tricky, the US market lies in a grey zone and unfortunately players in the US face these sort of delays and uncertainty when playing at casinos. This casino group will work at making sure your payment will reach you, it might not be fast but it will get to you.

          maybe  you can answer my question. i play at lasvegasusa.eu and i recently requested a withdraw. it's not a super big amount by no means.  but i've yet to get any response from the casino on what the hold up is.  i requested the withdraw on 4/14/17 and here it is 5/17/17.  and i've received nothing.  when i contact the casino live chat, they just give you the run around by passing the buck from one dept to another.  getting no where i'm about to pull my hair out.

They thought we were scamming. I spoke with them today and thanked them for explaining everything to me. Communication is key, probably to many of these casino problems. I think.   • I am very frustrated with the very long delays of payouts at mainstreet casinos.

    It used to be that mainstreet would payout in 3 or 4 weeks, but now the payments are getting ridicululosly long.
     
    I submitted payouts at sun palace more than 7 weeks ago and nothing has happened. I submitted withdrawals at slots plus 6 weeks ago and nothing has happened.

    Each week for the past 4 weeks, I contact customer service and they just keep telling me the same thing-- that the payments have been delayed and that they should get processed in the next week or two.

    How long does this go on? The credibility of the casino is really starting to take a hit.

    I have had good experiences with main street casinos in the past, but I am really getting concerend because if they cannot payout, then why would anyone want to play there?

    I messaged the casino through ths forum and they did not respond, so I was forced into posting on this forum.

    I will keep posting updates  on this forum, and that would be a good thing for the casino if they start paying out.

  • it's now june 6th, 2017 and i requested the withdraw on april 14th, 2017. i understand the casino wanted to wait and make sure no charge backs come back to them. but it's been over 52 regular days or 35 business days since i made my deposit. and still nothing. it was a nice casino to play at. but now, i don't know.

    As you know we are very careful and do our homework when promoting any casino, especially in a position such as top 7 where we know players look to that as a solid and trusted list of recommendations. We would never add brands to prominent spots such as top 7 if we werent sure that our members and players would be treated fairly. In the USA there are limited options for top casinos and these brands have been around for many years and are one of the trusted groups, they have recently had some processing problems which has caused delays in payments unfortunately.
