  • AreDoes my name appear on those accounts? Is my name on the deposits? What you keep hiding, all the evidence shows that these accounts belong to me, there were more players it was me, and I have the right to have and use as many accounts as I want, if they are in my name clearly!

    • Account has to be closed due to violation of the rules: 10.1.12 Player acknowledges that they do not use the funds for third parties to replenish the Casino account. Usage of any joint bank accounts or joint credit/debit cards shared by two or more individuals are not allowed in the aim to replenish the Casino account.

    I removed the screenshots of the bank card, so please do not attach the documents with your personal details on the public forum. 

    As you already stated in the emails you sent to the casino, you used your boyfriend's card for a deposit which is strictly forbidden.

    then i got my paychek and deposited 850 dollars 3 days later, then when it was time for me to get a cashback you guys said management has made a decision to stop giving me bonus when i was supposed to get my cashback about a new term thats not on the agreement about damaging the casinobut also i have proof that i had cashed out 200 reedable comp points when i played that day from the money i deposited.

  • This casino has no respect for players as you can see above. What they did here was trick me into sending more money to them and then blocked me from recieving my bonus or cashback, because they were mad that i complained about them to the pogg!

    Shows you the type of casino you will deal with, if you make a complaint thats valid! also have proof that they forged and edited the gaming logs that i requested for a dispute i had, i have proof of all that. It was sent to me by Max Pascal their tech rep! that's fraudulent!!

    Vita my vip rep also sent me 5 diff. cashback schemes with different formulas within a month bc i was a newbie to casinos. Thats straight up fraudulent and she should be charged, she's a scam artist and preyed upon someone who didn't know anything about casinos, and probably didn't think that i would do research. Imagine how many other people, they/she have done this to!!

    Since my complaint to the pogg they have changed their cashback scheme three times. If they didn't do anything wrong why did they change it? that's the question that needs answering!!

    This casino is commmiting a lot of fraud and illegal activites and s******** people out of their money, don't deposit any money to this casino!!

  • the pogg is consultng the malta gaming authority, and i'm assuming bc they informed king billy to pay me the $10,000 CAD they owe me for the cashback. Can you have Ruslan answer this question, they have disabled my account and have not answered any of my emails. 

    Also he hasn't responded to the accusations that i have made about their casino!

    You clearly stated that you don't want us to intervene until you get the official statement from another platform. Therefore, there is no need to contact him again unless you want us to take care of this complaint. 

  • The pogg is handling the complaint, but obviously theres a reason why they have gone to the malta gaming authority. 

    I have already spoke with one of your chat reps and they have confirmed that i was right in the calculation of the formula for the cashback, i also have a screenshot of the chat.

    the reason why i'm trying to get you involved here is because king billy is not responding to any of my emails about this investigation and hoping you could help mediate a convo in why they can't respond back to me via email or on here?

    If this is out of your framework of duties i understand totally, but i have read on the poggs terms and conditions for complaints they only seek to go to mga when the casino does not want to pay after they have asked them to or that they are seeking sanctions to be placed on the casino.

    So hope you can help get an answer from Ruslan, because if anything this looks bad on his casino, and the policies they administer there. Also thought you might want to ask him about these accusations since this is a public forum!

  • i have a question if a casino edits their gaming logs and commits fraud, by law are they required to refund all deposits back to the customer??

    They can't refund the deposits that you already played. Casinos usually refund the last deposit but it's not the case with every casino. 

    Could you please explain what do you mean by changing gaming logs? Casinos have a right to change their T&C and players do need to check them regularly in case of any changes. Unfortunately, most brands do not notify players of those changes. 

  • the gaming logs are stored and provided by sofswiss the service provider. The gaming logs consist of all the bets i have placed and amounts i have won, it has nothing to do with the terms and conditions. originally when i was trying to calculate the cashback they deleted all of the gaming logs in my account profile, then they sent be two betting logs that were edited out. The malta gaming authority says in the gaming act that king billy is not allowed to edit those logs, and are supposed to be provided in the original format. Which they weren't and that is forging documents and cosidered fraud. Since they did this shouldn't i be able to get all of the deposits from the casino back?

  • i found a picture i saved from casinomeister PAB manager when i showed him the forged documents this was his reply! This should show you what type of casino this is and how the PAB manager Maxd felt about the fraud King Billy did!!

  • I made sure i screenshot that picture as soon as the PAB manager Maxd sent it so i would have proof, and good thing i did that. Now based on his response that should proove the chaos within the ranks of that forum. 

    yea i got kicked off the site bc i was fighting back against all the trolls who thought i was wrong but everystep of the way i prooved them that i was right!!! 

    Last time i checked Ruslan is not even responding to complaints on his own king billy casino forum. 

    No i have't got a response back from the pogg, but looks like king billy hasn't responded back to my accusations that they comitted fraud here, and their silence speaks VOLUMES!!!!!!
