  • Hi. I've got the worst casino experience in Konung Casino. I won 550$, after that I succesfully verified my account and recieved email that my withdraw on it's way. Then after 1 hour after email I tried to enter my account and it was first surprise: my account was closed. I tried to reach lievchat. First operator just close chat on my question withiut any naswers and close livechat for my IP. I changed IP and tried again. Supports told me that my account was closed because of manager disicion withiot any explanation. My deposit and winning money were confiscated. And it looks like a real fraud. Here is my chat:

    I want to know why I was banned? And why I didn't recive money that I won? bI didn't violate any rules and manager of Konung Casino knows it. If there is no answer Konung Casino must be blacklisted like a frauds.

    Verification taking a very longtime...getting worried.

    Support told me on sat/sunday documents would be verified "today"..clearly they havent.

    It was very strange situation and I didn't understand what could be suspicious with my account with 2 deposits and full verification. Also I didn't understand why support wrote about confiscation. But still this story has a happy end.

    Konung casino team just cheated with me,blocked my account during enquiry and kept my very fair winning $100 which I gained from my deposit only but no bonus taken.Here is the story I am tring to summerise shortly.Last week I deposited 2nd time from my Neteller account but got no bonus.I went live chat,got David,Adam where they informed me my account found linked with another account but I could carry on my play without bonus.So,I agreed play without bonus and after couple of hours I made withdraw request of $100.Then went to live chat and found Sara who was helpfull and requested me to send them too many extra kyc documents..Well,I had to managed to send them all up to date kyc documents and finally verified my account successfully. After that I was waiting for my payment but not processed  my payment next 2 hours.So,I again went to chat and this time I found the rudest ever agent "Andy" who had blocked my account during chat without any explanations!I went chat after 10 hours and got same insane and rudest ever Andy who replied me very harsly then closed chat,strange!!After that incident now nobody wants me to process my payment $100 and was told me same story I am bonus abuser,multi account holder,bla bla bla...I had explained them many times that I was agreed to play without bonus after David and Adam had allowed me to play and more over I was well verified player.But now they ignore me which makes no sense.Could you please help me for fair justice?Thank you.
