  • i won several tournaments at Inetbet casino that ended. the funds were not put in my account. asked a CS rep who gave me a lot of attitude. rude, sarcastic answers. i was simply asking why i hadn't been paid. i've deposited quite a bit at this casino. perhaps they can use that money to teach their reps some manners. also, if you don't want people asking questions, maybe think about posting that tourney funds can take up to 48 hours. just sayin. and maybe if you are rude and sarcastic, don't apply for jobs that require you to speak with people. lots of casinos online. i will give them my money instead in the future.

  • I was just denied a cashout for $2499.00 from Inetbet they are saying i played $8 a bet or over $8.25 which i guess is the limit for the amount i could bet but i never even played over $5.00 a bet definately no $8 bets .thank you for any advice i feel sick i played withthem for years i finally hit a jack pot on plentiful treasures and even gave them $5000 back and they wont pay me out of my $2500 cashout.They are saying I played non-bonus allowed games THREECARD POKERAND ,PROGRESSIVES its true i did but only after asking their employee Athena on chat after cashing out the $2500 if I could play any games now and she said yes more than once , I have some of our conversation saying i was good and she even said directly that 3 card poker was ok as well as beingable to play all games now , I asked because I am well aware of the betting rules and game rules with bonus but wasnt sure after requesting cashout of $2500 but she said and believe me i asked more than once to be very clear.I'll attatch the conversation that i was able to copy i wanted to have the whole coversation but my laptop went dead and I wasn't able to get the rest of the previous conversation when i got back to her, so i asked again and copied it. she even said she thought they had already checked the play thru and was all good,I even made it clear that i was going to maybe play three card poker now that i was supposedly free to play any games.they didnt even email me about cancelling my payment i had to logon to findout. If their were any bets made over $8 it was after Athena told me my new betting limit was $10 and allowed all games to play but im 99.9 % sure i never went over $5.I definately never went over $5 during my play before cashout in fact i think my max $1.76 per bet .I did not playany unallowed games until after their employee Athena said i was ok for any games and definately for sure 3 card poker.I am always a little leary of inetbet due to the fact that they are the only casino i know of that leaves restricted games available to play when in bonus mode everyone else that i play with makes them inaccessible.They even made me resend all my documents again even tho i was already cashingout from them a few times for smaller amounts.

    Looking at your account I can see that on May 14th 2021 you deposited and redeem a bonus match deposit code with Free Spins. Based on the bonus terms and conditions there is always a max bet limit which is percentage of your bonus claimed. This term is in place for the duration any earnings form that deposit and bonus are active.

    The issue with the bet limit was that when you went and played Tri Card poker, you would place an initial bet of $5, you would then sometimes increase the bet to sometimes $10 or $15 and therefore taking your bet over the allowed limit.

    It is late Friday afternoon here in the UK so I will not be able to sit down with the senior management group today, but as you are a loyal player with us and your patronage is appreciated I will sit down with them on Monday morning and see if there is anything I can do in regards to potential GOGW.

    I will get back to you once I have spoken to them.

And I would have never even played it if Athena didn't say I was ok to do so. I am pretty clear on the rules of the bonus but not after making a withdraw and I guess even Athena doesn't know .   • i have an account with inetbet. have deposited many times. i won in a tournament and then played slots. i won $1,040.00. tried to withdraw and first they tell me i had to verify (which i had already done) then they tell me i can only get $500 because i won in the tournament. nowhere is this rule posted. had i known i would never have played in their tournaments or better still would have just kept my money altogether. shame on the monsters that own this site. scamming people out of their money must pay really well but how do you live with yourself??

    I recently opened an account with Inetbet based on the glowing reviews in this group, after learning that another casino I had been depositing with was less than honest.  I have made multiple deposits, then won a very small balance ($50) on a free spin.  I have been trying since last week to get my account verified to withdraw, which is the entire point of playing with any casino.  I have provided the casino with extremely detailed personal information and ever document you have requested.  However, no matter how many things I send in the same thing happens -- I hear absolutely nothing back from you for a minimum of two days, then when I do you request yet another document.  You are currently hung up on verifying my address, but I have already sent pics/scans of three separate bills (one still in the envelope) clearly showing my address.  At this point I very much feel like you are giving me the run around.  Can you please confirm that you have received the fourth proof of address I sent today and get my account validated?

  • I did receive an email saying my account has been verified finally.  However, I am still rewtticyed from requesting the withdrawal in the cashier.  No matter what BTC address I enter I get an error that says "please enter a valid BTC address, and chat said that is because I am not validated for withdrawal yet.

  • Thank you so much Sydney!  I did get the verification piece of this resolved, but I do have a question that perhaps you can answer.  I just noticed that the affiliate link I used took me to the website "inet.bet" which is the site I have been using.  However there appears to be a completely different site that is "Inetbet.com" and when I log into that, I am not verified.  Are these the same site or is one of them a spoof?  I'm a little concerned I may have sent personal info to an unscrupulous site!  It was an LBC.org link I followed, so I am hoping that means it's safe.

  • I couldn't find the complaint forum but I could really use some assistance with INETBET. EVerytime I win any amount here it always ends up with me having to stress out because it's always some nonsense.

    This particular time it just so happens that they declined my payout due to the fact that I mistakenly hit the plus sign next to the bet when I was hitting spin. I didn't even notice it, so I had three spins at $5.28 each which was .28 over the $5.00 max wager allowed. It was an accident. I didn't win anything on the spins and I immediately sent an email asking for them to make an exception!! 

    of course they were real quick to deny my payout and I cannot seem to get anyone to actually consider my request!  See the screenshot of the game where the plus sign is right next to the spin. 

    again all my winnings were under the $5.00 bet. 

    can you please see what you can do? I really get tired of having to fight with this people everytime I win any amount of money. So I just don't have the energy today. It's the holidays and they are never very helpful or player friendly. It's always in their benefit

The support agenda keep speaking on their behalf saying they are not going to make Any kind of exception!  I am not surprised by this. This site has always stressed me out anytime it comes time to request a payout!  I am so upset about this. Had I intentionally changed my bet, I wouldn't even be bothering to ask anyone. But I had no idea that the bet had been bumped up by .28 too much!! grrr merry Christmas to me!! SMH

    The bonus you used states that all bets placed must be under $5 and as you stated yourself you placed bets over this amount, they also were not all losing bets.

    Therefore, the rules of the bonus were broken and any winnings void. 
    We act on all breaches of terms the same to provide a consistent outcome.

    I appreciate this is not the outcome you were hoping for but the terms of the bonus were breached, if the terms weren't breached we would happily pay you like we have done time and again for you in the past.

  • No the problem is that clearly the game is set up where the plus sign next to the spin symbol can easily be pressed without any one noticing and it's exactly what happened. I immediately emailed showing your cashier this and stated everything that happen. The accident caused my bet to be .28 over for three spins in which I won nothing!!  it's not like all my winnings came from the 5.28 bet! As soon as I realized what happened I immediately bumped it back down. I asked for an exception to be made or something to be done because those three spins should NOT avoid my entire winnings. It's the holidays and y'all have upset me so much. there are always exceptions and this should definitely be an exception to the rule, rather than just so quickly denying my payout and taking my $876 winnings after I managed to wager the $4000 requirement. Surely you can do something besides quote your policy to me. I am the one that brought it to y'all attention That the bet had accidentally gone over the $5 limit!! Look at the game!! But the. Again I am certain it's setup this wag for this exact reason!!! What a way to treat a premium player at the holidays smh.

  • I mean kinda but not exactly. All I did was unnoticeable hit the + sign rather than the spin button so it caused my wager to go from $4.40 to $5.28 per spin. Which wouldn't ever be a big deal but of course INetBet won't pay me any of the $876 payout because they are saying that I violated the terms by betting over the $5.00. which I get but my god it was unintentional and it was three spins and all of .28 a spin over. It isn't like I was betting 20$ a spin trying to knock out the wagering requirement. It's just sickening how quick they are to void all my winnings and it's Christmas hello. I would love to actually be able to enjoy the holidays and not stress over this nonsense.

I had a similar situation with bitcoincasino.us, they merely mentioned to me that I violated the terms by betting over their limit with a bonus and asked me to be more careful in the future.. I was like phew! They allowed my cash out I would have been VERY VERY upset had they not.. I mean, it's the reputable thing to do..  OSHI is only casino I've ever had experience with when it came to payout they tried everything to deny it.. I believe that's actually how I became an active member of this website but in the end they said I had made more than one account there and they refused to honor my cash out! Boy was I furious! You're talking about I had my account with them over a year, depositing, never once requesting a cash out and when I finally did they had extensive kyc, inconvenience yea but no biggie a few other hoops and then finally they came with the more than one account thing.  I never deposited or played under my older account emails.. but had been a depositing player for over a year with that account and that's the way they refused my cash out, measly .2btc of course wasn't near as high as it is now, what kills me is, they had no problem keeping all of my deposits that I made and played with at their casino, and refused my first and only cash out attempt on grounds that they couldn't prove and made zero difference!   • I appreciate your input. I even have asked several times for any kind of exception or really anything EXCEPT what they have done!!  at the end of the day, $800 bucks should not be a big deal to them but it definitely is to me!! 

    I have never heard of the sites you mentioned but I am going to check them out. I need some new sites that I don't have to stress so much over!!

    Since the bonus T&C's state that all bets placed must be under $5, it's clear that you've broken the rules of this bonus (it's also visible from the screenshot you've provided us with on the forum). The Terms and Conditions of the bonus were broken and there's nothing else to add here. The casino hasn't done anything against the Terms and Conditions.

    We consider this case closed.

  • Just putting in my two cents for any players researching this casino.  I have played at pretty much every reputable RTG casino that accepts us players and have permanently closed my accounts at 90% of them.  However, I intend to keep my accounts at Inetbet and Inet.bet (it was unintentional to sign up for both but customer service said I could keep both).  They have always been extremely fair and honest with me and their payments are extremely fast.  Support is a bit slow, but they do always answer and they've been so fair I haven't had a lot of reason to contact them anyway!  All in all I think they are one of the best RTG casinos!

    Hello, I too have an issue with Kudos Casino not paying me my payout. Its been 4 months and at first they were responding and since have stopped. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for a year and 1/2 and have never had an issue with my payouts. Until I requested a payout one for 1210.00 that was paid and the ones they denied one for 1500, and 4200. They sent me an email stating that I had a pending chargeback from my bank and needed it resolved before they issued my payouts. I immediately called my bank and went over my disputes from a recent fraud on my account and found 2 of Kudos transactions mistakenly on the list of disputes. I immediately, same day canceled the ones against Kudos and reversed them since they were still pending. Which means Kudos was never hit with the chargebacks. I then emailed proof of canceled chargeback, my bank account information and the name and phone number of the rep that helped me so they could verify it took place and how they were never charged for anything. The rep wrote me back stating that they would issue my payment through refund on my bank card and would be timely and costly. I have yet to speak to anyone from the payout team nor have I seen any kind of refund. Since they don't reply I have to use chat and they always say that my claim has no update yet or the managers are still working on it. 4 going on 5 months working on it and nothing??? Can you please help. I could really use the payout or my deposit monies back. Thank you
