  • It has been a long while,  but extreme delays, excuse after excuse as to why the delays are taking place, (which bordered on straight out lies in my opinion as they often contradicted themselves)  and a consitent failure to reply to even the most basic information request.  Total customer dissatisfaction was the reason why most of us bailed.  It is ironic that when you say "withdrawals are running smoothly now"  seems very similar to what many of us have repeatedly heard and it wasnt true in the past so we are probably still skeptics.  Have all of your outstanding withdrawal requests been paid?  Many have been complaining for months.
    this quote by me was from months ago after we were assured that payments were running "SMOOTHLY"    this is crazy!!!  does rushmore still have a rep?

  • Hello Heather, not sure if you are still on here, I need help, I put in my withdraw request of $1750 that I won on April 15, 2012 it was approved April 21, 2012 I was told it would be wired to my bank account in 10 -14 business days.  I checked everyday during that time through chat sessions to be sure all documents were updated and they had everything they required of me to insure the money would be deposited.  It is now July 23, 2012....I have heard every excuse possible.  Last weeks email from Tara was to inform me that she has contacted the processor to track the wire.  Yesterday she emailed me to say that the processor should know something by next week.  Why can't she call the processor, give him my wire number and track it ?  Why is this taking so long ?  Is Rushmore going to pay me ??I am so frustrated.

    Rushmore Group was who I have always played with. I love the games, love the customer service, and based on my past withdraws, loved how fast and smooth it went. However, so far.. the withdraws are slow and nothing has been sent to the processor yet. July 15th was the approval date.

    At this point I don't think we can do much. Their Rep agreed to join the board and assist our members, but I have no clue as to why they chosen to remain silent.

  • Thanks Heather. Yes I contacted the withdraw dept and they said the same thing you did.. delays.. delays, delays. I was hoping for more of a "push" to help me avoid the delays, seeing as I am presidential status and all.

  • Chrispa1...Don't hold your breath, just read a post on another forum, where the Infamous Tara Murdock lied once again, saying that the bank confiscated their wire transfer. Well the player went to the bank and they found out that was not the truth. And if the bank denies the wire transfer the money has to be sent BACK to where it was coming from.

    I am afraid this group is out of money. And they are taking deposits and running with them. I really don't think anyone is going to see anything anytime soon, more than likely they will not see a dime of their winnings.

    I feel bad for all of you who are owed money by this group, but once a liar always a liar, and when it comes to lying about YOUR money, not only are they liars but in my book they are thieves.

  • I was a VIP at Rushmore for over 5 years but I stopped depositing when it took over 3 months for them to pay me. 

    Why are players still depositing with them?  I believe you all will eventually get paid, but there is no excuse for them taking months to pay players.  I recently cashed out at Winpalace and Casino titan and was paid within 1 week via wire.  And, Liberty slots pays within 4 days via overnight courier check.  there is no reason to deposit at a casino that gets your deposit within 1 day and ta >:Dkes 3+ months to pay your winnings.

    I also believe that RTG casinos have very low payout percentages for over 5 months now.  Especially, Club world group and several of the other "highly promoted" "favorite RTG groups".  I wish there were more groups as Casino Titan and Liberty slots.

  • I cashed out last month. It was approved on Aug 20 and I just received an email yesterday saying the wire was sent Sept 7.  It's slow but they have been good about letting me know what's going on throughout.  I'm still waiting for it to hit my acct.

  • Unless you have money to burn and don't care how long it takes to be paid, you shouldn't play at any Rushmore casinos. I think previous posts confirm this so no need for people to complain as it is a documented fact it takes months to receive payment.  If players stop depositing they will be forced to change their ways or go out of business.

    I wasn't really frustrated and I didn't complain.  After a while it got to be out of sight out of mind.  I won in the tourney and wasn't expecting to get paid anyway.  I requested withdrawal on 8/13.  It was rejected first due to an error on my part.  I resubmitted and it was approved 8/20.  I was told the wire would be sent in 10-14 business days.  I did chat with customer svc a couple times though to check on things.  Anywho, this past Monday, I received an email saying the wire had been sent on 9/7 and I should see the funds in my acct in 6-10 business days.  When I checked my acct yesterday morning, it was there.  I was pleasantly surprised.  Free money.  Also, I don't deposit at Rushmore, I haven't in years.  I play the free tourneys and will continue to do so.  I have nothing to lose.  I think my wait was significantly shorter than some others, for some reason.  I like to think it's the universe's way of giving me something positive since my stupid loser father-in-law lives with us, not to mention the other idiotic in-laws my husband has to babysit.  If you only knew.

  • i got the same kinda  stupid/loser problems, but its the husband.  can't seem to get him to stay put in the next town over.  but I have (i think) gotten him to quit adding drunk to it while he's here.  now if i could just get him to quit behaving like a 7 year old with temper tantrums, ahhhh....

    he does help me out somewhat; always nice to have *someone* around who is able to walk the 5 miles to town for groceries, kill bugs, etc.  Enjoy your weekend trip and take your luck with you!

    Heather hasn't been answering my emails or withdrawals at Rushmore.
    I don't know what is going on there now.I asked if I would get my winnings sometime THIS MONTH and they haven't responded.I have yet to get a truly personal response.All I was getting was "we are sorry for the delay""we have a backlog","we with let you know as soon as your withdrawal is sent"etc...etc.
    I am running out of patience with them!

    After my last experience trying to cash out, I am going to start here first.  Heather was going to help me but I had already given up on help and recycled my winnings.

    I now have $1500 in my account, am in the US, and you're accounting help told me last time that a bank wire cannot be sent to my bank because they use a beneficiary bank (with Swift code) for wire transfers.

    If this is still the case, how is it that I may cash out given only bank wire and deposit to credit card (up to amount of deposit, which there is none from my MC ATM) or prepaid reloadable card? 

    Do I have to open up a new bank account or do you have an alternative withdrawal method which I can use?

    Sorry, didn't realize it was help thread as just "searched" for Rushmore.
    I seriously think it is time for players to stop playing at the Rushmore group as they have had plenty of time to correct their processor and payout problems as it appears other RTGS with problems have.
    As far as offering help, I would encourage those waiting for payment over 1+months to call the casino daily, email daily, chat daily as it seems with this group the squeeky wheel gets the grease.
