  • If you look closely on this email , you can see that i recieve withdrawal cancelation notification. Which says about cancelation was confirmed and money returned to my balance . But i dont order any cancelation on my approved transaction and etc , there is something weird happening in this casino

  • I was Scammed by Vegas Rush I played with a free chip hit a big jackpot $6000.00 and that was not suppose to happen.  They have not paid me and keep making excuses to not pay. I requested a withdraw for $2000 and it was cancelled because I did not have 2000 play through I said ok started playing to reach the requirement. Requested another withdraw this time they ask me about a person I dont even know. Gave them my correct information and told him i have 1 account the guy said we can resolve it if you make a small deposit what a scam the real issue is I won a big pot on a free chip and they dont payout and want me to pay why would anybody trust this no one would but a fool.

  • 02/15/19 requested withdrawal on VegasRush. Attached my documents as prompted during withdrawal procedure. Also emailed them to make sure. 02/19/19 received email my withdrawal was cancelled due to lack of documents. Spoke to Jay via chat he said the 3 day time frame would restart. Was told to request withdrawal again and submit documents. Sent on documents two more times as they said they havent received them. Contacted support again to confirm they received documents. I was told they have them. 02/22/19 receive an email my withdrawal is cancelled again for lack of documents. Contacted support and Alex said it was cancelled by mistake. He stayed on chat while I requested withdrawal again for immediate approval. Makes me wonder why this couldnt have been done the first time. 

    Long story short requested withdrawal 02/15/19 here we are 03/06/19 still waiting on payment. 

    I have received 4 withdrawals from another site in the period of time that this has been pending. Also have a fifth one in process which may be paid out sooner than this.

By the third business day, on February 27th the request was not approved since the required documentation was not received at moment.   • I sent the documents on February 28 and again put money on the withdrawal but you canceled the withdrawal again 05/03/2019 16:37:02 by writing to me that I have not sent you the documents I wrote to you in the chat and claimed that I sent the documents but you claimed that I did not send anything I gave you proof in the form of a screenshot of my mail.it's your fault you couldn't find my documents and it's your fault I waited seven days.Now withdrawals should be immediate.

    I won over "9k" while playing with a bonus combination they sent me in an email.

    I made a $100 deposit then typed in their bonus code combo. the total was then $495.

    After I won I went to chat with "VIP Host?" who informaed me that I "need to play right" and that "all winnings will be voided" because "you can't use combination bonus codes"

    He then tried to give me my deposit plus their bonus back? LMAO!

    If I was playing "wrong", why would he take ALL of my winnings then start me over again by giving me the same bonus combination??????

    Oh well, live and learn. Just wanted to let you know before you use your own cash to play.
