    I confirm, I received an email from Vegas Rush team during the night, in my country time, and I checked tonight in my BTC hard wallet. So I believe this casino is fair, they paid my two 100$ withdrawals (maximum for free chips winnings), the second (15 days) was just a little bit longer than the first one (13 days). I think players can expect to be paid in a time limit of 14 days, if they respect the casino terms and conditions of course.

I sent you all the necessary documents, according to your rules: "Before a cash-out (i.e., withdrawal of winnings) can be processed, the Player must provide photo ID and proof of address for the purpose of confirmation. The Casino reserves the right to request additional information to valídate Player identity."
    In Russia, the main document is a passport. I fulfilled all the necessary requirements.

    Yes, I sent these documents. 
    Here is the answer: "Thank you for validating your documentation. At the moment we are missing a copy of your citizen ID with expiration date on it. Please submit this at your earliest convenience!" 

    But in Russia, the main document is a passport. I do not have citizen ID.

    I've removed the docs you attached to your previous post for the safety reasons. 

  • I submitted a withdrawal request for $800 and received an e-mail confirmation on November 17, 2018 that stated: "Your withdrawal request has been successfully submitted." The next e-mail that I received from Hallmark Casino was on November 22, 2018, and it stated: "Your withdrawal cancellation request for 800 USD with Transaction ID: 8204 has been successfully processed." I did not request to cancel my withdrawal, the $800 that I have not received payment for was deducted from my account balance anyway, and l have still not been provided with any further information or an explanation as to why my withdrawal request was cancelled. Why did $800 of my money just vanish after I requested to withdraw those funds from my available account balance??? The "Payments History" section of "My Profile" only displays the following information:

Namely, they are in the process of integrated a new e-wallet provider and it will take a couple of days since they have been facing the issues with the previous one. They asked you to be a little bit more patient until it has been sorted. We'll keep you all posted.

The withdrawal transaction N5676 was approved at december 13th , and after a month of waiting, I find out that the withdrawal has been canceled at 18 January . After a short dialogue, the support agent said that the withdrawal was canceled, because I won free spins in different transactions and so on , the deposit amount was returned to the balance and the support agent advised to win again. It is very funny to hear, especially one month after my transaction was approved and promised to pay funds on time
