  • hi Carmen... I dont know what else write... I sent so many emails... I spoke so many times in chat... is 2 weeks I waiting my cashout.... support just ignore me. (allways same questions and allways same answer lol) sent 3 times my docs and been approved 3 times... is coming really ridicoulos.. no answer on emails....

  • hi carmen, i think i made a long term huge mistake pretty much on a daily basis by playing at hallmark ive been waiting almost a month to recieve my payout and then i finially get a tracking number for the check to be delivered by fedex so i try to track it well fedex doesnt have a package hallmark only created a lable and thats all so where is my payout and when if ever will fedex or me recieve it i really enjoy playing there but the run around is bull sh**

  • My user name on Hallmark Casino is wmratliff. I won 100.00 dollars using free chip and attempted to request withdrawal but after 4 days was told it wouldn't process because I had yet to verify my email. I verified my email before I could use the chip. 

    So, a week ago today I submitted my 6th request, confirmed with support it was received and began waiting out the 48-72 hour processing time for approval. To date I am still waiting for approval. Support offers no assistance other than saying wait it will be in the next day or so. 

    I've waited 5 days for a 48-72 hour approval process which appears is not coming. I even agreed to redeposit the 100.00 dollars and still nothing. ???

    Enough already !!!! I won, Now pay over the money !!!

    wmratliff - player payout requested: 29/11/2017 14:31:12 approved on 2017-12-05 18:41:49 (on time on 3th business day) and paid on 12/12/2017 18:52:21 (on 5th business day)

  • Hi all, John here. I just wanted everyone to know that we have made some major improvements to the Hallmark Casino / Vegash Rush Casino (newly launched) in the last 4 months. There is a completely new management team which I'm proud to be a part of. We have many new staff members and we have upgraded our systems and processes. I know that when people from companies post on forums it can come across shill like if they can't back it up so I have refrained from announcing to this board that we are fixed and ready to go until we actually were. But now, I'm happy to say that the problems of the past are behind us. All players are paid up and all the past slowness problems have been taken care of months ago. I realize that proof is in the pudding but hopefully as a few new players try out Hallmark or our new brand Vegas Rush they will post and everyone will see that things are running smoothly and you will get paid when you win.   • Yes, I did in fact receive payment. I would argue the time frame but payment has been made. I thought I had gone on and developed a working relationship with Hallmark Casino but once again I find myself right back in a situation regarding payout and cash-out amount. 

    I really like this Casino, I enjoy the variety of games and for the most part support has been nothing but helpful. It appears Hallmark does fine until time to pay over users winnings, then it appears the wheels fall off. 

    I attempt to resolve the issue with management but that's impossible when management is unwilling to honor the published terms and conditions associated with the bonuses published and appearing not only on Hallmark's site but all sites promoting online casinos. 

    If you receive a confirmation/ approval to a request for withdrawal, thereon states the amount to be paid over, then the day you are supposed to be paid, you receive another email changing the payout amount by 1269.00 dollars wouldn't you be concerned ??? 

    Hallmark would have me believe, granted this is after support and I have discussion  regarding terms and conditions associated with bonus, therein George states: " 20 X play-through with a 10 X max cash-out cash-out based on Bonus plus Deposit amount, now Casino says cash-out is based on deposit amount only.. WHAT ???? 

    What idiot would ever take a damn bonus if that were the case, Let's see, I am going to accept 175.00 dollar bonus on my 50.00 dollar deposit, saddle myself with a 20 x play-through so I can cash-out 500.00 dollars. Not In a Million Years Buddy !!! 

    No, as everyone can see by the attached publication the cash-out amount is 10 x the bonus amount which is how Banking arrived at the 1769.00 dollar payout amount, ( see attached email approving my request ).

    Is this some stall tactic  or is the casino for real ??? The Casino would even have you believe there is a max cash-out on deposits without bonuses of 10 X the deposit amount. I am owed 1769.00 dollars by Hallmark Casino, it is due and owing me NOW and I will not accept anything less than the full amount of my winnings. 

    The Casino owes me 1769.00 dollars and I expect to be paid and on time . PERIOD !!! That Time Is NOW !!!!!
