    Here's what he says:

    "The player made a deposit on Feb 7th 2020 and took a standard bonus 300%. He played on the amount (deposit + bonus) and completed the playthrough of 20X on deposit+bonus.

    But he never raised a withdrawal request.

    Please suggest the player to raise a withdrawal request and send the following documents:

    1. Selfie with Photo ID proof (Driver's License/Passport), ensure that the details in ID should be visible enough to read and validate.
    2. Front & Back coloured copy/clicked picture of his visa card ending with 8151.

    Please suggest him to feel free to get in touch with us for any help required and once he is done raising the withdrawal and sending the email, just ask him to get in touch with us to expedite the process."

    Their Banking department rejected your withdrawal due to multiple accounts. There's nothing more we can do to help you here, since having more than one account at the same casino is not allowed at any casino.

    There were lots of complaints in the past regarding slow payout with both of the brands. However, you can check players' complaints on this topic to see what they were about. You should check if the verification deposit of 35$ is wager free and you get that with your winnings.

    Hallmark casino will not pay me the withdrawal request that I made (and that their system allowed) and gave me some crazy excuse that I don't even understand. My username is faithmerry and I can send you the chat transcript and confirmation emails of my withdrawal. I think they are just pissed that I didn't have a playthrough wager or anything attached to my money. It's been over a week now and still haven't gotten my money or response aside from the chat where they asked me to cancel my withdrawal of my winnings. I'm filing a formal complaint against them if they won't pay.

  • Ok I am super pissed off atm I was just emailed from them saying nothing more then what this email says. How are you not gonna tell me anymore details then that especially when I've withdrawn before. What they just don't wanna pay me

    We finally heard from the casino rep regarding your case. Namely, you made a deposit of $30 thrice (accidentally we supposed) as you got the refund on two of the transactions but when the initial deposit was made, you already had $32 balance in your account (which is according to their T&C violation of terms as you cannot mix funds and should only deposit or take free chips once your account balance is less than $5).

    They also stated that you took $300 free chips and played on it so the mixing of funds happened twice and so your withdrawal request was cancelled.

    We are going to double-check on their t&c regarding mixing funds and see if they can do anything about your withdrawal. 

  • That is absolutely not true I never mixed my funds because I know how they are about that I make sure my account is always depleted past zero. And as far as depositing three times that did not occur either I have the history

  • okay well I have banking sending me in an exact copy of what my balance was at when I made a deposit and I was informed your threshold needs to be below $5 to make a deposit so I know where a 100% fact I did not mix my funds because I have a rule of not depositing any money unless my account is below a dollar. and that is whether I deposit with money on top of money or money on top of a bonus chip so it's not possible I mixed my funds so I'll guess they're going to have to come up with another excuse. 

    Be prepared I'm a man of my word I will make sure but I have smeared your name on every form possible if you try to screw me it's something that I know I carefully pay attention to

  • don't double check on their terms and conditions double-check on their accuracy of what they're saying cuz it's b******* I have my bank statements and I have the transaction history on their thing and then nothing was ever charged twice and I never deposited three times. That was all bulshit
