Hallmark casino will not pay me the withdrawal request that I made (and that their system allowed) and gave me some crazy excuse that I don't even understand. My username is faithmerry and I can send you the chat transcript and confirmation emails of my withdrawal. I think they are just pissed that I didn't have a playthrough wager or anything attached to my money. It's been over a week now and still haven't gotten my money or response aside from the chat where they asked me to cancel my withdrawal of my winnings. So the official answer I got was that their system runs on an algorithm and it automatically flags account and cancels withdrawals and they can't manually change that that seems awfully convenient for them if they don't want to pay somebody I am going to blast this casino all over I have spent so much money here and never had any problem this is ridiculous I just made it withdrawal of $1,500 last month and have no issues

We finally heard from the casino rep regarding your case. Namely, you made a deposit of $30 thrice (accidentally we supposed) as you got the refund on two of the transactions but when the initial deposit was made, you already had $32 balance in your account (which is according to their T&C violation of terms as you cannot mix funds and should only deposit or take free chips once your account balance is less than $5).
They also stated that you took $300 free chips and played on it so the mixing of funds happened twice and so your withdrawal request was cancelled.
We are going to double-check on their t&c regarding mixing funds and see if they can do anything about your withdrawal.
okay well I have banking sending me in an exact copy of what my balance was at when I made a deposit and I was informed your threshold needs to be below $5 to make a deposit so I know where a 100% fact I did not mix my funds because I have a rule of not depositing any money unless my account is below a dollar. and that is whether I deposit with money on top of money or money on top of a bonus chip so it's not possible I mixed my funds so I'll guess they're going to have to come up with another excuse.
