I was promised a refund by Golden Lady Casino 6 days ago and have an email from them to prove this. I have not yet received and have sent numerous emails to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected] and not one response received. I need to know the exact amount and if it was sent back to my Mastercard. Contacted chat and they said they would assist but still nothing. Chat operator today said I should message them whilst logged into my casino account despite me already telling them account is locked so I cannot possibly do this!
