I have been a regular player and depositer with fairgo casino for a very long time,( such that i have a pile of there magazines they mail out as high as my computer desk that i csn comfortably put my cuppa on without reaching downward but beside the point i have a crap load of there magazines okay),
I have had a few niggles over the years nothing to major that wasnt sorted by that chat.
One day after redeeming a no deposit bonus (i had not ised ndb for quite a long time on fairgo) my account logged me out and i had to reset the password to log back in. the ndb was removed from my account and i readded it. Started to play for a few hours and was again logged out. I logged back in and clicked on the chat to message support to ser whats up with this. Again logged out. The message displayed when i tried to log back in that my account was locked contact support. I emailed them. they took 2 weeks to respond and was just a copy paste response that didnt help me at all. i asked for a real person to talk with me as i couldnt log in and said account lockef blah blah, after a few houes i received another email response saying to login to support to chat.
i copy pasted my original emails and added that i have repeated myself and that i cant login at all.
After another couple days i got a response that my account was fixed.
it was for a few days just told me not to use that ndb as it caused an error or something which i found odd but i let it ho and i made a deposit with a match bonus so that i could continue playing.
My details are all verified ive withdrawn small amount before and im a regular depositor of all methods (bank, card, crypto, neosurf etc) and ive never had any issues with withdrawing or depositing before.
About a week later i login and see my balance and i play some more i win a minor jackpot which i had never fone before. the wager requirements were met, the conditions all abided by and i proceeded to withdraw.
First it wouldnt let me so i had to message support who said my account needed verifiying after a headache convo i had the verification done and they said i was ready to withdraw from ehat they can see ive met it all blah blah no issues should arise blah blah.
They processed the withdrawl to my bank account and i never saw the money. they kept telling me to wait a few more days after 2 weeks of waiting i messaged the support and emailed them. I was ignored for a further 2 werks but i contacted fairgo everyday about it regardless of being ignored.
After the further 2 werks they sent a email that said that my bank is obviously at fault and they would look into it. a few hours after tgat i received another email to say that there w as an error so the withdrawl was voided and no refund would be provided but they were sorry and goodluck for future wins.
who rven says that? "sorry for the error but goodluck with future withdrawls and wins".
I emailed and talked to the support online and was met with different answers from 3 different people and when i said i would take the matter further they first offered a refund of my deposit, which was fine by me i wasnt after a refund just an explanation.
After claiming the amount was refunded back to my account whoch it wasnt, i received an email from fairgo that said the refund of my feposit couldnt be processed and sorry for the inconvenience. i messaged support yet again. they had no idea what was goung on and suggested i make a deposit and continue playing on there casino.
I didnt do that and im glad i didnt.
The following day fairgo deactivated my accoubt and removed it and now i can no longer play ob there site or make a new account as they have informed me my device ip address is blockef from accessing there site because i reported them for being dodgy and posted on another casino forum about what happened and if anyone else had issues with fairgo.
theyve blockrf my rmail address but they still continue to send there junk magazine monthly to my house ecen tho i never asked for it and i have told them several times in the past to not do it but i just let it go as they didnt seem to care and its not a great big deal really to receive a magazine with deposit and no deposit bonus codes and some random stories about fairgo features.
just wanted to share that if you stand up to there support they turn not so helpful and dont like it.
