  • STILL no update or withdrawal received from Crypto Loko. This is getting really out of hand with them. It's been well I over their "72 hour waiting period". 

  • I went back to chat support and was told the following: 

    "Thank you for your patience, should be done soon Katherine, appreciate the patience"

    I questioned the reason for the delay and advised that the casino was outside their time frame, which I received the following response:

    "A delay may accrue Katherine, you will get your winnings but we need to wait, it will be completed soon"

    and 

    "I understand your point but at this moment there's no other options but wait, if there's no other request I will need to close the interactions".

    So at this point I'm not convinced the winnings have been sent. For the life of me, I cannot understand why a casino would use delay tactics & think that NOT paying out in a reasonable time will keep them in business. Alongside not following their own T&C's. The only thing that's instant at Crypto Loko is their casino accepting player deposits. 🙄

     

     

     

  • I have not one but TWO withdrawals that were approved but still have not been paid out to me! The first one is for $201.96 and that was approved on 12/14. As I have been told over and over again that payments can take up to 72 hours to process following approval, it has now been well over 72 hours today 12/18. So now when i ask support why it hasn't been paid still, now they tell me "it can take more than 72 hours". The only thing i have received from them have been several email promotional offers for deposit bonuses. They want me to deposit more money but they won't pay me my winnings!!

  • they finally sent my payment but use an RBF enabled wallet for sending payments and every single payment i've received from them has had unconfirmed inputs. So basically the payments will remain unconfirmed in the pending status for ever unless the player is willing to speed up the transaction with an RBF tx. That wouldn't be a huge deal if it wasn't for one very important detail.. I have made every single one of my deposits using LITECOIN and for some reason the only crypto they allow for making withdrawals is bitcoin! My current cashout has been pending with unconfirmed inputs for over 17 hours now!! They're paying people with money they don't even have yet!!

  • I'm dealing with the same. Bitcoin withdrawal request of 3k and only received 1k and can't get a hold of anyone. I have the deposit tracked via blockchain and 2k was sent to a completely different wallet that was not mine. It should not take 3 weeks for crypto when crypto is even the name. I sent them pics and proof as well but only got one response saying they have sent it. No way to contact but I did leave a message in the live chat just in case. Just registered here after I searched for some type of help.

    We have reviewed the situation Drewski224 and the $1000 withdrawal request was based on a cash deposit and was approved and paid out shortly after request, the other withdrawal request in question was based on a $20 win from a freeroll slot tournament. Per the terms and conditions of the casino wins from freeroll tournaments come with a 1x maximum cashout which was paid at the minimum withdrawal amount of $50 together with the $1000 withdrawal request. Unfortunately everything above the $50 minimum/maximum withdrawal cap was removed as these were non-cashable funds.

    We hope this clarifies things.

    Hm. Have you contacted the casino support to check that transaction?

  • Hey guys, I just wanted to let you guys know about my bad experience at Crypto Loko. It's pretty messed up because I have made deposits there and have been playing there. I won once and they payed me out which was cool but it really bothers me how they offer a feature where you can earn stars by completing objectives. And the more stars you earn, the more freebies you can purchase with those stars. Well it turns out that when you purchase any free spins/chips with the stars and redeem them, they consider that to be a freebie even though you earned them by completing objectives. I just won one of their tournaments which was exciting and so I contacted them via Live Chat to ask them if everything on my account is legit since I haven't claimed any coupons since my last deposit. I just wanted to make sure that everything is good so that way I didn't have any unexpected issues later after getting my hopes up. And they told me that I redeemed a coupon so my winnings will be voided. That's really frustrating cause I made sure not to redeem any codes that way if I ever happen to win down the road, they wouldn't have any reason to disqualify me

    Who would have thought that the stupid free spins that I purchased using the stars that I earned by completing tasks on their site would count as a redeeming a coupon. If I would have known that it would disqualify me from playing with my tournament winnings, I would have never redeemed it. It has a ridiculous playthrough and the tournament wins only have a 1x playthrough. I suspect that probably is the reason that they offer that feature in their casino so that way people will redeem them and then later if they win a tournament or something, then they have a reason to not pay them out. Im definitely not going to be playing there anymore.

  • I think I was not clear enough: USDT can be deposited on the TRX network, ETH, BSC, POLYGON, AMONG OTHERS. That is, I can't know which network to deposit in if they don't clarify it, is that understood?

    That's why I sent the screenshot, so they can tell me what red corresponds to.

    USDT IS NOT LIKE DOGE, LTC, BTC, ETH, which have native networks, do you understand?!

    And I repeat, I sent an email on December 30, 2023 and today, 25 days after that, I NEVER received a response to such a simple query!

  • There is no information about deposit networks for USDT in any section of the Casino, nor in T&C (I already searched and searched again and nothing).

    I hope the Casino can answer such a simple question! Otherwise I will cancel it and I will deposit somewhere else and stop waiting for them in vain.

    An excellent question laun77, sorry for the lag. We had a communications mismatch. :)  USDT transactions can only be done in Ethereum (ETH) as it's the only blockchain our 3rd party payment provider will accept USDT. Our 3rd party payment provider does not allow cross chain transactions.

    I made a withdrawal request of $99.85 (first withdrawal). They asked me for an initial verification deposit of $10. I did it like that. I deposited $11 in LTC.

    In a few hours, the site appears to have approved the withdrawal, however they only credited me with the $11 of my initial deposit. I spoke to a live chat agent and they said the bonus is not available in my region.

    However, I WAS able to redeem it and bet it, and they DID approve the withdrawal. They argued that "approved does not mean that I will receive the money." Imagine how fraudulent, lying and unserious they can be! By operating without a license, these practices place the site in the highest position of SCAM COMPANIES!

    We all know that when the coupon is not available in a region it is not even possible to redeem it! And I was able to redeem it and I also met the wagering requirements! (a waste of time, by the way!)

    And another very important point is that at the time of redeeming the coupon, my account was already verified, that is, I already sent my documents and they were approved, so the argument that the coupon is not available in my region falls apart!

    Unfortunately, sometimes casinos do not manage their promotions properly, and that is why this can happen.

    We understand your frustration, but the rules are set in such a way that when a bonus is not "available," you just can't receive the money.

    We had the chance to review the situation laun77 and what you are referring to is a "Manager Withdrawal" showing as approved, this is non-cashable funds being removed from the secure closed system which can only be done at a managerial level. Per the terms and conditions of the casino and the free chips themselves only one free chip is valid between cash deposit/play sessions. In this case the win and requested withdrawal is the result of the 14th consecutive free chip without cash deposit or play thus the requested withdrawal was denied on these grounds. The account confirmation deposit was refunded, unfortunately there is little to be done to assist here.

    Supporting documentation has been forwarded to the LCB team for review.
