  • I've had numerous issues trying to withdraw funds from cryptoloko. This is a new issue as I have had a few successful transactions with them. Now there is no link to live chat, my emails go ignored except for the auto reply. I've supplied documentation far beyond what is necessary. They take days with no contact to return the money to the account. They removed other ways to withdraw and added a line in about deposit requirements to use the only method of withdrawal. Which contradicts the no rules bonus and minimum deposit requirements of bitcoin. I let the one time slide that they burned me on over $600. This time I made sure I read every statement triple time, and want my winnings that I am entitled to. I think they figure if they take long enough and deny it enough people will give up and re-donate the funds. User email is *******@gmail.com

  • I made a withdrawal request last Tuesday for $1,689 and it is now a week later and I have yet to receive my winnings. I don't have multiple accounts either. I won that money fair and square from free spins. I sent emails and get no response back

    We had a chance to look at the situation and it appears there are many accounts which used the same telephone number for account signup (among other identical details). According to the terms and conditions of the casino only one account per player or household is allowed.   • I won free slot tournament on Aug 5 2023 and on Aug 12 2023 I was told had play through 1x 50 so I played and I asked live support chat if I met the play through and was told yes do I requested withdrawal of 50 on the 12th but denied on 13th said play through wasn’t met so on august 14,2023 I talked to live chat again and again told they saw that I had met the play through to request withdrawal again and today the 18th of Aug they denied it again and said play through wasn’t met and I had not played through at all and had to play the 50x1 again . But I have copies es of chats with support and they saw I met play through

  • I currently did a withdraw for $400 and it said I have $371 that went through and $45 and then I only received $28 and have not received any other form of payment which my withdrawal was $400 I don't understand why I only received $28 I didn't currently use no bonuses when I played can somebody explain

  • When they first came out. Crypto loko was fire. They had welcome bonus that were unlike any other site I've played at. When they said instant withdrawal... maybe the fastest I've ever seen. BTC hit my wallet 20 minutes after I placed withdrawal request.  But none of that is the case. Expect a 24-48 hr pending period and then up to 72 hours for your payment to be sent then just 1 more hour for it to hit your wallet. So Realisticly 48hrs-6days time. As for bonuses. They offered me a free chip bonus for my birthday.  But because my last transaction was a bonus a minimum deposit was needed. That's understandable, but here's the thing.. Their sites min deposit for BTC is $10. I did that. Customer support tells me it needed to be min of $20. Ok did that,  Customer rep tell me minimum for any bonus is $30. After taken time to think for a bit, I started a new convo asking about the terms for a free birthday chip. They stated a $50 deposit was needed to receive the $50 "free" birthday chip. And that it came with 60x WR and a max cash of..... $50!!!! SMDH.    i'm not an idiot, but they were playing me all along.  I would have made 4 separate deposit by time they were done. So I could get a birthday bonus that required me to play $3000 before I could get only the same amount to cash out. This the last time I waste money here.  Player be ware

  • Hello - I recently signed up for Cryptoloko and have spent a ton of money there. I chose this casino because it was advertised as "anonymous"/no kyc. I have had my identity stolen by casinos in the past so I only use crypto at sites with no document requests. 
     

    This casino is not at all anonymous. After taking tons of my money, when I attempted a withdrawal, I was asked for passport, bank statement, etc. And I am not willing to give my private personal info. 
     

    i would like to be refunded the deposits I've made since there was never any chance of me getting a payout under these circumstances. Please assist asap.

    Hey all,

    We had the opportunity to review the situation and we can see that you've already cashed out for (many) thousand of dollars previously BIGCHIEF22, including a previous cashout with standard Bitcoin which is a manual process and doesn't happen nearly as quickly as our Coindraw automated system. We can at least confirm however that payment was made in full yesterday and is marked delivered in Blockchain Explorer, we will also mention it is best to always request a withdrawal using Coindraw if at all possible. Manual withdrawals involve several teams who need to review the withdrawal request at various stages then issue payment manually, Coindraw eliminates much of this manual process and gets things out much faster. Nonetheless we apologize for the delay and hope you enjoy that cash!
