    I'm not sure to be honest. We've emailed them today again but we got no answer yet. 

  • I appreciate the help. The fact that these people are allowed to run a business is scary. Hopefully people understand that depositing money into this site is equal to flushing them down the toilet.

  • Hi. The casino in question has acquired a license today. Surely, there is something we can do now?

    Unfortunately, we have to inform you that we checked the Casino and came to the conclusion that they still do not officially have a license, because they have no proof or paper that can confirm it. On the website, it says that they have, but it is not linked, so we cannot treat it as if it is official. We will try to get in touch with them to send us the license confirmation if they already say they have it.

    We will keep you informed.

    We still haven't received any proof directly from them but we see that license is on their site officially. Only thing that we can advice is to contact their licensor HERE in hopes that You can get any updates regarding your issue.

  • Hi Berks. I hope all is well. Crashino has seemingly hired a new staff after they got their license. Can you please reach out one final time, just to see if they respond this time? The new team seems a lot more co-operative than the last. Thanks in advance. PS: I have reached out to the license holder, but that will take quite some time. Hopefully we can solve this if a new team is in place.

    "We have investigated your case however there is nothing we can do for you at that time as we have no data of your account or activity."

    Unbelievable. I actually have proof of my account with the site, and my communication with them. I cant understand how these people are allowed to operate.
