    my 125Eur withdrawal request from Cocoa Casino (03.07.2023) was capped to 100Eur and then 17.07.2023 payed to my bitcoin address.

    I played with no deposit bonus (10 Free Chip for Rival Slots). I meet the playthrough and minimum cashout requirements.

    Then I made a verification deposit (25Eur). After that I made withdrawal request 125Eur to my bitcoin address (100Eur from winnings and 25Eur from verification deposit)

    In bonus terms and conditions was stated that the maximum withdraw is €100 and that the verification deposit does not have any wagering requirements and can be cashed out. But they sended only 100 Eur.

    Please find the following statement from their T&Cs:

     

    • 6.9. A player who has never made a deposit and wishes to withdraw a free chip win, is required to first make one successful minimum deposit of 25.00 ($,€,£, or 250 ZAR). This first deposit amount is not allowed to be withdrawn or added to an existing pending withdrawal. If added to an existing withdrawal, the amount will be deducted from the total withdrawal amount. A player who has previously made a successful deposit and is now wishing to withdraw a free chip win is required to have deposited within the last 30 days in order for the withdrawal to be approved and the deposit cannot be added to an existing pending withdrawal. If added to an existing withdrawal, the amount will be deducted from the total withdrawal amount. Free Bonuses (Free Chips) have a wagering requirement of 35X to 100X unless otherwise specified.

  • Ok, now I understand that deduction of 25Eur from my withdrawal request. But after deduction from withdrawal they wasn't added that money back to my account balance. So they just cleared that 25Eur verification deposit from my casino balance.

    As mentioned in our T&Cs, there are two cases of withdrawing from a free chip. The first case would be when your account is active (requires real-play within the past 30 days). In that case, the 100 is being sent in full.

    In case there hasn't been any real-play within the past 30 days, or real-play at all, users need to activate their account with a 25 deposit (the minimum required) in order to cash out the 100, while the 25 will be voided and used for account activation.

    We can see that the user has tried to cash out from a free chip. However, the account was never activated with the minimum deposit amount. The customer can also see that via his cashier and is more than welcome to share screenshots from there.

    On our side, not only an activation deposit wasn't made, there was never an attempt to deposit either, so there could not be a confusion regarding the generated Bitcoin address.

  • Of course the deposit was made at 18.07.23 , before i register my withdrawal
    I attached a screenshot of the correspondence, and a full correspondence (text) with casino operator,
    Cashier was not working corectly 18.07.23 and deposits were made directly(as suggested by the operator)
    through the chat (as shown in the screenshots) ,
    (moreover i sent screenshot of my deposit transaction to Thisisvegas support at 18.07.23)
    so they can confirm my deposit amount and add it to casino balance
    the deposit was made at 18.07.23 ,before withdrawal ,
    you have to double check your information Oliver ;)
