Hello Martyn, I often see post of players receiving personal code for free chips and I was just wondering how could one be eligible to receive one because I used to often make deposits at Club World and never had made any withdrawal even after winning a large amount and so I had stopped.....then I started depositing at lucky red and although I would use the deposit bonus offer I had no luck with the games, I have just recently deposited in Aladdin's Gold but I am very hesitant with being a regular depositor because the even if the casinos are honest casinos, I don't really feel like I am being valued as a depositing player, regardless of the amount I deposit is how often I make the deposit. I would really appreciate if you could explain to how a player is considered for free chips bonus .

Hi! My name is Ken. I am not associated with Club World except that I have been playing with them for years. They are honest and pay quickly (within a week). In order for me to get an extra bonus or two I will use the chat feature and just ask the rep if I have qualified for any bonus and usually that will get me a fair bonus. I have also cashed out on bonus money and they are just as quick to pay on that!! This is now the ONLY casino I play any more after being burned so bad on some others. -

I just want to say I LOVE Club World! I deposited $30 at 9:30 last night, 10 minutes later I requested a withdrawal of $200, and at 8:30 this morning it was already in my ewalletXpress account!!! AMAZING!! This goes to show that it CAN be done quickly and easily. There is no reason a withdrawal should take a month or longer!! So again, I say, I LOVE Club World!!

I just want to say how impressed I am with the Club World group of casinos. The customer service is OUTSTANDING! It's obvious that they want to do right by their customers, which is rare and absolutely refreshing. Also, there is a wide variety of deposit and withdrawal methods, the withdrawals are lightning fast, they always have the newest games, etc. etc. I could go on all day... Anyway, on live chat this evening I spoke with a rep named Julie and she was so pleasant and accomodating, it actually felt like "customer service"! My opinion is I have deposited soooooo many times at CW and have only recieved one time a free chip so I dont deposit there anymore!
every single time i deposit at club world i get a free chip every time..all u have to do is after u finish ur deposit go to chat and ask for a free chip...they always give one..10xwr 10x max cashout

I made 5-6 deps on Aladdins casino and had the worst time of my life.Yesterday they got my dep but then site dropped and when it came back on-line my money was gone.Had to wait till 2:30am for the cashiers to fix my account.What a nightmare.I knew it was not a good time to play.Well now I'm outta $ till after the 1st and when i asked for a comp chip i was told (we don't offer them) So i don't think i will play their anymore.

Have the same problem.I scaned my cc and drivers lic and all the other sites i'm on can read them.But not Aladdins.To fuzzy etc. How the hell can they be fuzzy? must be on thier end.Fax they got ok but everything else is screwed.I'm not going to worry about it anymore.Not worth playing at.

Yeah, I sent another three faxes today..same story, can't see, even though I used three contrast levels... me thinks they dont wanna pay
if u have a scanner scan the forms and email them to them...thats what i do at all casinos.. never hooked my fax up so i scan and email..it makes a very clear copy.. -

I am so sorry for you 13 I play there almost every other day and I like the other member said always deposit without a freechip then after I lose I ask chat and they have always given me one to play. I can tell you that my withdrawal that i rec'd today on that very same freechip that you played took about 4 days to get, and they also asked me to send a copy of a greendot card I once used. I did and they were fine. Please do not feel like they are picking on you they asked me the same thing and I sent my docs in around July. I can't say enough about this group they are the best of the best. I hope things work out for you. :D -

You've sent them everything you can think of and its time they stepped up to the plate and told you exactly what they believe "doesn't add up" and give you good reason for saying what they are saying.

The issue is that we have not received the documents that we need and there is also a conflict of address in the documents provided. I cant obviously bring up all the detail of this player in a forum so have ask him to contact our supprt team so we can resolve it.
I have PM'd the player and cashier have emailed the player and requested what we need to see, thus far we havent seen it.
I havent had an update today on where we stand on this account but if 13oclock hasnt yet done so I suggest you contact our team and we can iron this out to stop it dragging on. Until all documents are in order we cannot proceed with the cashout to another method (card to ewallet).
Standard procedures for any casino that takes internet security seriously, especially when your personal details and your cash is involved. -

I was just concerned that 13 said he supplied everything and clearly this is not the case. I'm not taking sides - I just wanted to get a resolve for a loyal member.

i can understand how u feel..but i will show u my deposit history...and u will see that every time i deposit i go to chat and ask for a free chip....as long as i did not take a bonus with my deposit i have never een denied a free chip if i deposit 30.00 go to chat after i lose i get 15.00 free chip with 10x playthrough and 10x max deposit...ALWAYS....
and it is not a certain person you have to ask every chat person i had gave me a free chip...

Ah ha! The bonus must be the key. I normally don't take bonuses, but I did take the 150% bonus the last time at Lucky Red. Good point.

Here is a post that is got me pissed.I was playing T-Rex on club world and all of a sudden the Random jack pot flashed and the Reels didn't stop.Then a message popped up saying (Progressive Jackpot Balance Error) Please contact support for more info.Then it said This game can't be played at this time.I had to close out the game and re-enter it.Jackpot was over 6,200.00 at this time.I called and Nobody has heard of this error.Well this is funny because i talked with other sites and this error does happend from time to time Right after the Jackpot has been Hit.I sent email to Support about this and asked them to look into it.I have yet heard back from them since. I know for a Fact that i hit the jackpot and for some Reason it didn't add to my balance so i received this Error.I feel that i will be screwed outta this win and that i will get a email saying that the game had a problem and that the win is Void.This is how they control who gets paid etc.I want you all to let me know what you think about this! I have not got the error, but I was playing santa strikes back at Alladins Gold and it just kept retriggering forever, over 20mins and winning big and I got a pop up right in the middle of free spins saying something like: "This game session has been canceled by an administrator" just like that it was over.
I will NEVER again play at any ClubWorld Casino! And I don't understand why they are constantly winning for the best customer service all the time. I don't care for this group, they are sneaky in my opinion and getting away with it!
And I highly doubt you will get any money from them or a reply!

I was debating on using Lucky Red's 400% welcome bonus, but after reading the last few post in review section, I'm now shell shocked. If they're all under the same umbrella, with the same software and same customer service reps, are Club World and /or Lucky Red's the bad apples? What's up folks? Play at our own risk?

LOL Far from it. There is a system to getting the free chips. Trying to get it down. Do know that there's some kind of limit on what one can receive with a month. More than likely a formula based on deposits made and how often played. No different than a walkin casino. Except those casinos don't mail out bonus' that much. Look like it like baseball. Make the call, you make get some strikes but eventually you'll get a hit. -

im having the same issues as 13'-o-clock
i did sent everything that they asked, they keep sending mails ignoring the info ...hammering on a verification form, i copied and filled out as far as possible,
only thing missing is credit cards, but i dont have them, and have never used them.
i deposited through moneybookers, so it's totally out of the question..
i cant seem to find support on this htread?

Club World--Been playing there for a few years but it seems each time I want to withdraw winnings, there's a problem. I made a withdrawal on 2/25. On 3/3 they email me that the company that processes their ACH withdrawals does not do it anymore. Told me to use an ewallet, which I don't like to do because they charge a fee. Used an ewallet. Then I emailed Club World asking why there's always some problem for withdrawals, but never when depositing? The response I get is send them my ewallet account #. Did this. Let's see how long it takes. Very disappointed in Club World.

I'm having the same problem now, no casinos rejected all of my clearly scanned documents before, but clubworld. I scanned them directly, but they said I copied on a paper, then scanned and the documents looked fuzzy. They want me to rescan them, I can do this, but the result probly just gonna be the same, I dont know how better can they look. I dont know what to do. I problly have to go thru the scan-rescan 100x like 13oclock experienced, Help please
Have the same problem.I scaned my cc and drivers lic and all the other sites i'm on can read them.But not Aladdins.To fuzzy etc. How the hell can they be fuzzy? must be on thier end.Fax they got ok but everything else is screwed.I'm not going to worry about it anymore.Not worth playing at.
