    I deposited and played.  My latest balance was 75 usd.  I decided to request a payout.  Cbet.com alleges they have got a 10am to 10pm live chat support, I have never been supported via live chat. Their option is to leave a message. 

    They answered(marta) by email  saying I had to get in touch via  live chat

    I uploaded my docs. They have declined every address proof I sent, tax bill, bank statement and cellphone bill. 

    I took direct pictures of them because they do not want screenshots

    Could any help me?

    We've already chatted with the casino rep and he says that you should contact their live support and they will be able to assist you. Why you didn't pass the verification?

    I see. Okay please be patient since it always takes time for a casino to check the documents and verify the documents. Please also keep us posted.
