    Unfortunately ,the address on the utility bill do not match the one you have provided when signed which is the reason why we could verify your account . The latest ututility bill from end of may  has no similarity with the details provided 10 days after when you signed up .

    I am really sorry but there is nothing we can do in cases where the details are incorrect which is mandatory in order to get the account verified.

    We cant change the details nor update them and they must be 100% correct that means they need to match your documentation .

    At that time the banking problem was the name of the street ciateul and ibu inggit garnasih((((I confessed my mistake by entering the old street name because I was very familiar with it))))and I told banking it was the same ... if now you ask the latest bill that I have to send ... I am ready to send all the documents back along with the card bill My latest credit is June 2019 ..

    I won 50 eur with a free no-deposit bonus and deposited 20 eur via Skrill to be able to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request for 70 via Skrill and contacted support. There a person told me they are experiencing difficulties and told me to write support, which I did. Then I waited. With no reply, my withdrawal was cancelled, so I made a new request. My account is fully verified with all necessary documentation.

    Then I was contacted by support and told I should withdraw to Neteller because they have problems with Skrill. However, I do not own a Neteller account and I have no plans of getting one. The only means to deposit and withdraw right now for me is Skrill, and earlier I was told I can deposit and withdraw to my Skrill, with INSTANT withdrawals. I wrote them back and now I am still waiting. I asked them to provide me more information on why the cashout to Skrill is having problems.

  • Hi everyone. I just had to come here and tell my experience playing at Casino Extreme. I have been playing at online casinos for about a year and ive played at easily 30-40 different ones. And ive cut it down to 3-4 and by far Casino Extreme is the absolute best There support is friendly and helpful and the instant payout to a btc wallet is amazing no other casino ive requested a withdrawl from even comes close.Ive played some awful ones and im still waiting on a withdrawl from one in which time ive won and withdrew twice at extreme so needless to say extreme is my main casino.   • From when players from Montenegro not accepted here in Adrenalin casino because i have account there and deposit?Anyway i dont like this casino, you cant here finish wagering because is high and even you finish one bonus and start another they count all previously bonuses even i have 0 and this is imposiblle to clear. I noticed that lately and one support was manualy erase that. And for every day i must to contact support for freespins 10 days because not added automatically. I keep getting told some different story by support, but nobody will say when they estimate deposits (and withdrawals for that matter) to be available again.I sent all the crypto I have currently in this deposit, so I can't even play anywhere else.   • Hello friend   This same thing happened to me it doesnt happen often but with xrp it has happened but it's not anything the casino can do I've emailed cryptonator who processes the crypto deposits they will take care of it ASAP  Its frustrating believe me I know but all we can do is wait for them.

    I've only been playing online for a couple months. I started with bovada and extreme. I definitely prefer bovada for their deposit/withdrawals, but aside from table games I'm not a huge fan of their slots. A bit off topic, but what's up with Bovada's RTG slots? Like goldbeard, it's completely different than on every rtg casino I've tried.

  • Hey Jacob. I've reached out to cryptonator again they usually get back to me pretty quickly I'll lyk as soon as I find out anything   Just a suggestion I started using ETH to make my deposits still very cheap to send just a hair slower but I've never had a deposit issue with it

  • Hey thanks, when I reached out to them their reply was "talk to the casino about it". Not much help unfortunately :/. 

    I should mention, today's deposit issue is at extreme rather than brango. Will also mention that I did do a eth deposit earlier as well at Brango, after the xrp deposit at extreme, and they couldnt find that one right away either. Luckily they did within like 15 minutes, but still, it was confirmed in 30 seconds... I think they should remove ripple, and whatever other cryptocurrencies that are having issues, until they know what is going on and how to fix it.

  • That was the same reply I got from cryptonator the other day then when this happened I asked a bit more in depth answer from them this time I hold crypto in wallets there so if I get no answers this time everything gets moved and my acct will be closed  I mean come on they do the processing for both casinos they know what's going on. That's weird with the ETH though I've never had an issue or heard of one. They would be better off just posting there own wallets and having deposits sent right there I think there would be less issue

  • Because you can see its received and then cryptonator sends it off to the casinos wallet minus a fee and that's where the problem lies  Need to cut out the middle man I think would likely solve it.  Well hopefully it gets resolved soon.  I hated when it was all I had tied up I  The transaction and could do nothing about it

  • Well Nick ended up pushing the deposit through, albeit to the wrong casino (brango instead of extreme) lol.. Apparently the address had also changed, but I did send it to the one I had been using for extreme rather than brango (have them both saved in a note). Oh well I suppose. I think from here out I'll just steer clear of XRP deposits, and use ethereum instead. 

    I do agree with you completely though Tjb, and wish they just used their own addresses instead of this Cryotonator party, who in my short time dealing with them have been slow and unhelpful.
