    It's been probably 6 months or more since any kind of incentives from the casinos BRANGO and EXTREME.

    They both raised my minimum Blackjack to $5 min. and the max of $50.

    According to our terms & conditions, only one free bonus may be claimed between deposits. You can see this term listed here, point 7.1.z.

    As the tournament you played is a "Free-roll", played without any real money staked, these tournaments' rewards are considered free bonuses, which is why the term listed above applies.

    Unfortunately, your previous three actions are all free bonuses with no deposits in between. We've made exceptions to our rules twice, but we simply cannot do it again.

  • Having an issue with casino brango :(

    Background: I've been playing at Casino Extreme for several years (tons of deposits (many of them without bonuses) and cashouts, never any issue like this one, they are my #1) and Brango for a while too, the terms are the same on both sites, the promos are decent and Mikey has been awesome.

    I've deposited on each site a few times in the past month, I believe every time without any bonus and got some free spins in between each.  A few weeks ago I got lucky and turned some free spins into a $144 cashout.

    A couple days ago I made a deposit on both Casino Extreme and Casino Brango, lost them both and bought an LCB bonus for both. (The $20 free chip for $5 lcb in both instances).

    Received the Casino Extreme bonus no problem, lost it, deposited again and lost that too.  Just found out they rejected the Brango one beacause "not elegible".

    So I hopped on live chat to see what's up.

    First Victor told me I was ineligible "Because of withdrawal from free money promotion which is not covered with deposits. It is clearly stated in the terms. You need to cover withdrawal from free money promotion to be able to redeem any next free promotion."

    Me: "can you show me where it says that? I know that's the rule for cashback on bonus free deposits, but not regular bonuses"

    Victor: "I am sorry your account is not eligible for free money promotions atr this moment."

    Me: "why?
    7.10.h. Any withdrawal that is made from the received cash back or any other free promotion will not eligible for a new cash back. The withdrawn amount will need to be covered first, before account is once again eligible for a cash back.
    that's the only rule I can find that mentions covering previous withdrawels it's for cashback"

    So...it seems like Brango doesn't want me playing there anymore, I'm guessing because I claim bonuses between every deposit and got lucky to win one, and I'm wondering if it's going to be the same with Extreme.  

    Really disappointed overall, I followed all the terms, they made up a term and when I asked them to show it to me they played the "We reserve the right" card.

  • It will be the same at casino brango I ran into this to a few times but basically I think needs to happen sometimes is a more clear terms of service and there is a still more clear than most but there's two things that I didn't understand was the issue you have and as well as if you use a deposit bonus okay you have to clear the bonus wagering and then you need to cash out all winnings and redeposit prior to increasing your bet to over $10 or hitting a jackpot. they were not trying to be shady at all in fact Mikey is awesome you're right about that he definitely tries to help you did for me.  So per their terms if you were playing a bonus and you clear the wagering this isn't even a deposit bonus all winnings must be withdrawn and out of there and then you need to redeposit before you decide to make it back that's over $10 on any slot because I cleared wagering and then I set it up in my bet it had a jackpot but I didn't per the terms of service because I still had winnings from that bonus money in my account even though they were clear of wagering they're not clear of the bonus terms until they're out of there it's not the same as other places where once you clear wagering then there's no more rules that is not the case with these two casinos but that's okay they're still the best RTG casinos in my opinion.  Basically I just rambled too much LOL but I'm saying the only issues this casino has is how it terms of service sometimes able to be read by the customers and that's anywhere really it just sucks for us whenever we're on the unfortunate end of something like that but Mikey gave me $1,000 no wagering after my jackpot was voided and that was awesome nowhere else would do that I don't think maybe slotland group and it's paid off for them LOL because they've got way more than that back out of me and it's because they're the best RTG casinos in my opinion so I'm sure they will fix it I'm just throwing in my two cents even though my issue with something different I still ran in the same situation you have currently which free money rules so I'll just let the rest be but I read your situation that kind of got me thinking seems to be always terms of service interpretations that messes things up for both sides even the most legit casinos including them

  • Yeah they definitely did which kind of unfair to the wraps that you got because it gives you the option to click on bonus but then you go in there and they can't do nothing about it LOL so heads up if you ever claimed the $20 LCB chip have blue day or whoever handles it just send them message to let them know because what happens is is brango or extreme will put a loyalty reward in your account first thing in the morning the next day and then I'll get rejected the LCB chapel get rejected by time to process 

  • HI was playing in the toru ame ts and both of them kicked me out during play and won't let me back in unless I buy in again. IT WAS A BUMMER. I was in the middle of a free spin on both games.   • Did this bonus then I did very well made it through playthrough, verified my Identification it was accepted then tried to withdrawal and they said sorry withdrawal removed because of other accounts with same ip address WHICH IS  100% A DIRTY LIE!!!   • can I just say I love the fact that casino reps reply in plain sight of everyone I feel this holds them accountable and us as players treated much better than behind closed doors. Also that clears me to play without worrying about certain term violations since there are so many as well as the ability of the casino to do or say whatever it wants without proof.   • Hello   I have a question about a bonus at yabby.  I see there is free spins like 101 and 111 spins ok well I read the terms for one it said can be claimed if $100 in cumulative deposits have been made which I had. So I went to claim and support said it had to be $100 deposited that week and I mean I believe it was only Tuesday but anyway where these bonuses are posted they don't say anything about the total deposit required is for that week. Cumulative deposits to me is all your deposits. The problem is that you are presuming it was us who moved it - but it wasn't. We have no control over this cryptoaddress, nor the funds which were sent there. The bitcoins from that cryptoaddress were in fact moved, but please understand that it was not us. We have as little clue as to who moved them, as you do.

    The only thing that links us to this cryptoaddress is that it looks the same as the BCH cryptoaddress you have registered with us. But you must understand that this does not mean that we also own the same BTC address. They are on two completely separate Blockchain networks!

    If we did have your funds, or if there was anything we could do, we would do our best to get them back to your ownership. But in these cases, there is simply nothing we can do except offer our sympathies in form of a Free Chip. Please contact us on Live Chat in order to claim one.

    Good news! Your coins aren’t lost (if they weren’t sent to a Segwit address). Every BTC address has the same alias in the BCH network: that’s how forks work. To access your coins you need to access that address. Here is a brief guide to start:

    Check the transaction in your wallet - if it was a smart exchange, it will be marked.
    Check the destination wallet address in both chains. Use any blockchain explorer. Find the destination address there.
    You will probably see that the amount you’ve sent is there - now let’s retrieve it.
    You need to understand who has access to this address. The answer is simple: someone who has the access to the similar address in the destination network also has the access to this address. Usually, it’s a wallet or an exchange provider.
    If your wallet provides you with a private/public key pair, you can access your funds yourself. If you are using a hosted wallet, you need to contact its support.
    Once again: if, for example, you tried to send coins from the BCH Freewallet to a Coinbase BTC wallet and the exchange has not been completed, you need to contact Coinbase to access your coins (as the Bitcoin address is managed by their service).

    my account haven't credited until today, the support blamed they did not received any money.

    I get it, however this is not the first time it happened to me. When deposit eth with internal tx. Mostly it resolved in few hours to a day max.

    but this time Its almost a week.

    the thing that make me feel like Im being scammed ( if you were in my shoes - what you think)......

    1- the ETH address was provided by the casino 

    2- I purchased the crypto from bitit.io and sent that fund to the address they requested

    3- fund landed to the address- yet no credit to my account. Sometimes you cannot just blame of the payment provider and make this continue to hold and wait. No solutions no conclusion. If you were me what do you think?

    you pay for the sandwich with the foreign coin they asked then when they put it in the pocket they refuse to give you the sandwich because they could not exchange back to a Dollar ( around the world - comes back around- with all the fees and shit)

    some of the support eventually hit back on me and  say something really funny.
