    I have now engaged a solicitor and am going through the Uk small claims court. Additionally the Uk gaming commission have been made aware and tell me they have lots of dealings with this company. I would avoid like the plague

  • Casillion casino should defenately go to the black list. I wanna share my bad experience while playing there. So, I just started playing in this casino. It was the beginning of February, I took the welcome bonus that they offered and won 2 000 EUR. I had my documents verified, i had no issues with that. In the second half of March I received the email from the casino where they stated that my account was under the investigation for the bonus fraud due to a string of similar deposit and playing patterns from Germany. Since then I got no update as for this, what exactly was meant by this. I asked the support but the response was blurred and I could not figure out what was going on. I dont know what is actually happening but i would like to get my win.

    Just wanted to tell everyone to stay away from this casino!!! At the beginning of the year I decided to try playing in the Casillion. It seemed like a quite popular casino and I wanted to give it a shot here. After some deposits I had a win, I won 1297 EUR. The casino asked me to send the screenshots of my Skrill and Ecopayz and other docs which I did. My account was verified but shortly after this it got blocked. On April 1st I got the message from the casino that my account was closed because of the duplicate accounts. What duplicate accounts??? I only registered once here... Just to mention - I already tried to contact the casino through another site, without any result......

    i play normal in Gudar casino and casilion -- 
    i made 2 deposit and lost no problem . . i made my 3 deposit with the promotion . and i won 350 euro and withdraw  .
    i fell save i had some money coming so i go to gudar casino make more deposit more that i normal can take to lose .. but i had money coming so iam safe . .next morning i wake up i wanna see if they have proces my withdraw i wake up they have cansel my withdraw . . why  ..  becaouse i played book of dead and reactons . .  my first to deposit i play same games no one told me i will noot be able to withdraw if i play this games .. only when i won ., they cansel my withdraww ..  i go to chat to ask them ..  25 min later they tell me u cant play book of dead or reactons or many other games when u play with welcome bonuses . . 
    that why we toke all u 350 euro and gave u u deposit 25 euro plus 50 procent to try u luck again renember many games u cant play . and ofcours i didnt have a chanse ... they toke 3 deposit from me in casilion  and many other deposit in gudar casino becaouse i trustedd them  ..  when the time come and i win .. they tell me about their secret rules u cant play book of dead .. even the chat member didnt know about this rules ..  .. this casino gonna rob u anyway .. u dont have a chanse . . no way !
    i Never fell so sad .. they robbed me in a ugly way !! take care of u self my casino frinds .. trust what i have told u her ..  this casino is made to rob people !
