    I had to change my phone operator to meet Campeonet's crazy demands. Will recieve the bill early March.

    Now, I quoted the same sentence they sent you:

    "The address verification document should be either telephone or energy bill.
    It should be colored, with barcode on it and received by post."

    And specifically asked, if I meet these requirements, will you verify me?

    Unsurprisingly, they have ignored me today, lets see if they reply tomorrow now that I posted this.

    Can you tell me what is the industry standard for changing the address of residence?

    I moved to another country and requested to change my address. They replied that I need to send proof of address from both my previous address and my new address. This is not about verification! I simply want to change my address and have a feeling they will not let me do that!

    Here is their paragraph of their T&C about changing address:

    "2.4 When you open your account you will be asked to provide us with personal information, including your name and date of birth and appropriate contact details, including an address, telephone number and e-mail address ("Personal Details"). You may update your Personal Details from time to time by contacting Customer Service; or through the "My Profile" management page on the Website: or by such other method as shall, from time to time, may be offered by the Operator."

    It says nothing about needing to prove either address!

    For the record, I have changed address with 2 other bookmakers. 1 simply accepted my request and the other accepted my lease contract for the new address. No questions about the previous address!

    So LCB can you please tell me what is the usual procedure and ask Campeonbet to respond here.

  • Hmmm each casino would have different procedure. You should have a billing invoice/untility bill for your previous address right? The quickest and hassle free approach would be to just give them what they need.

  • I sent them an internet bill invoice from february. Lets see their response then.

  • Contacted live chat this morning and they changed my address immediately.

    Have you asked Campeonbet to respond here? I would like to know if this still applies to get me verified:

  • I sent them an invoice 4 days ago and today I recieve the same letter they sent 5 days ago, to send proof of previous address. Completely ignoring the invoice I sent!

    Why do I even have to prove the address where i dont live anymore? I sent them like 10 documents with my address when I wanted to verify myself. They rejected all of them with crazy reasons.

    I can now verify my new address according to their crazy rules but they continue to demand "their kinda proof" from the old address. They probably want postage mail again. I dont live there!!! How can they even ask for that.

    Serious frauds I tell you.

    While the question was not answered here directly, Campeonbet and Evobet did inform me by email that when I send them a document from my old address and a document from my new address which complies with their reqirements, they will verify my account.

    Today I have sent an invoice from old address and a phone bill from my new address, matching exactly their requirements. I even took a picture of the envelope. Hopefully this will be the end of it.

    After sending another invoice (with barcode like they asked) Campeonbet is now accusing me of forgery, which is ofcourse not true. I can provide LCB the document to prove it's legitimacy.

    Can you ask why did they not verify me after providing exactly what they wanted from the new address and why are they asking new documentation from my old address?

I had a problem starting in beginning of March, I signed up for a betting site called Svenbet deposited and played alot there, one day i won 3000 euros on a sportbet, everything was allright with that and i put some more bets down, i did always a 2 games on a Accumulator, just normal bets. About a week after all this and me trying to withdraw part of my winning i had a message that they had detected a fraudalant activitie on my account and that they had to deduct my winning amount from my account and i could only withdraw my deposited money back. So i tried to withdraw my deposited amount ofcourse and tried to get more and better answers about why they took my money away. They answer that the Risk department is investigating my account and they would inform me by email about the results of the investigation. Now about 45 days after they tell me that they are processing my withdrawal of my deposited amount and that they are not gonna pay me the 3000 euros because the Risk department say that my betting patterns where not acceptable. I am clearly being violated here as my bets are just normal and nothing i have done wrong, i will send you copy of bets and the winning so you can see. Svenbet has cleared all my betting history and data on my account for some reason but i ofcourse took a copy before that happend. They refuse to help me or change theire mind and i have sent to Curacao-egaming a complaint without any respond from them, Ask gamblers site cant help me because this a sport bet we are talking about. I really need an advise on this case and someone to help me out get my money back. I will be ever so thankful if someone can help me.

    These accusations are false as there is no abrigate or sure betting going, these bets i only put down on svenbet and that they are saying also sure betting, is out of this world im afraid, i lost on most of the bets that i made on svenbet, only few winnings and one big one with my last money on my account i played with. So now it we need to go with this case further and i will provide all evidences that i need to give you. I am 100% innocent in this case and they cant make these false suspicions and just take my money, i need help in this case, because they are not honest to me and just stand on theire suspect, i can provide bankstatement of my withdrawals, evvidences from other sites i have played on and anything you need to help me out as they are trying to create a suspect so they dont have to pay me my winning, i mean my history on my account and data is gone and they havent even processed my deposited amount after 45-50 days. Please be in touch and help out. :(
