    I was about ready to be like wow, I didn't expect that from them but then I looked closer at the image. There's technically what appears to be like -30 numbers called within the 2nd draw (add light shaded and white numbers together). On top of that, you have 9 white numbers visible but we know you only have one number not visible behind the circle/win image...

    And this happened at Cafe and Slots or did I misread your post history?

  • Hey! My complaint is with Slots.lv. It used to be one of my favorite casinos until this and Ive spent a lot of money there, but in 12-28-2023, I was playing a slot called Treasures of God. I hit the feature and ended up winning $75 in said feauture, but when it was through it pulled up an error page and never paid me. I know most people are probably wondering why over $75, but its the principle.  I immediatly went into live chat and they verified that, indeed, i won $75 and didnt recieve payment. I was assured i would have the money in my account within 48 hours. Its now been a month and they hardly answer any of my chats. When they do, they never have any updates. One rep even tried to give me a $50 bonus with a 60x playthrough and said if i accept then i would agree to drop the escalation case to which i immediately declined bc it was a slap in the face. Ive spoken to one manager, but that took 5 different times of me requesting to speak to a manager before they finally let me. They wont even give me a free bonus to play with in the mean time and honestly i really need that $75 right now , going through a pretty rough time, so i plan to cash it straight out if theyll just credit my account with what is rightfully mine and fair. Ive tried the past 3 days to connect via live chat with no luck. My username on the casino is Doccl****. Thank you.

  • Look I don't normally bash people or places but I don't even know why I'm explaining myself because I do not care what you think.

    Bovada I just spent $10 with Extreme Casino prob. 6 months ago and just cashed $50 for the third time I think without having to make a deposit for shit! Meanwhile (See photos)

    First photo is my money in money out here for a 31 day period! Ya know what I got for that? A F u have a nice day. 2nd one is lifetime points! Up to 8,000,0000 now! They offe N O T H I N G ! Ever! that's the deal, man that's why I don't play with them anymore because they're greedy. They're like most of the casinos online. Some of the casinos understand that they're just as much in the hospitality business as the making money business, which is why I play with places like EXTREME casino I play with them BC just only depositing a few times it's hard for their customer service to tell me no or to be rude to about anything . Always....point is I can go to the river andand spend not even .01% of 2. Mil in a month and they comp me nice ass rooms for a month along with free beer and meals, etc! " All these fake ass wannabe casinos popping up not offering no shit but hey we know you know we crooks but we gonna take your money then bitch when you ask where the incentive at. Y'all cheating and it only a matter of time. In any business, the most important thing is whoever you count on to make money off of can’t rob no  one if you ain’t got no 1 there to rob no more. Least yall keeping it a hundred from the jump tho I give you that! LONGEVITY!

  • I received a email yesterday that I would receive a $50 bonus. Chat refuses to allow me to use chat to resolve this issue. I have not received the bonus yet.

  • The lovely world of bovada, ignition, et al. Sticking it to you. Problems in their software caused you losses. They fight tooth and nail to blame everything but their stuff. When then they do come back with a compensation, it has bonus playthrough and then you don't even actually get it. More wasted time for  something they claw back like the spawn of satan. 

  • I received a email from Bovada that I have been excluded from all bonuses and free perks however that doesn't explain the email I received offering a $50 bonus. It's obvious that the one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing.

  • I Have a complait to file again Slots.LV as they have stolen my $997 deposit and refuse to return the funds to my account or refund me the whole amount. This happened on 04/25/2024, i made a deposit using their ethereum deposit wallet, and at first the funds were added to my account, i played 1 round on Helicopter X for $10 and lost, after the round, ALL MY FUNDS WERE GONE!!! I checked the transaction history to make sure i didnt max bet my whole fund, thankfully i did not. I contacted CS and they told me they had to escalate the issue to another department that no one can contact at all not even them apparently, but that i would be updated constantly throughout the process. Well i received 1 message from them saying it would take 24/48 hrs to resolve the problem and would be in contact with me within that timeframe with an update or resolution. After that its been radio silence for 5 days. And when i contact CS they demand i continue to wait with no update on wtf is going on with my deposit or even what caused the issue in the first place. I was told this was effecting more then myself but havent seen a damn thing about peoples deposits being funded to an account then abrubtly taken back. This is unacceptable and very unprofessinal.   • Here are screenshot of the one round I played on helicopter x, and my transaction history including the deposit I made, and then whatever they did. It's looks like they tried to correct it, but the funds never appeared in my account after they were removed. All the game play after helicopter X was from minor compensation with 60x rollover.  So a total joke compared to the 1k they are withholding of mine.

  • So final update on my case with Slots.LV, it may have taken almost a week with no updates from them to me about what cause my deposit to be removed from my account, but they are finally there, all $997. And even with the issue resolved they have still yet to send me any kind of message stating why this accured in the first place, or that they even resolved the issue. I just logged into my account and there they were. I have a feeling it only finally got resolved thank to the moderators here on LCB. You guys are amazing and your help way GREATLY appreciated. Please keep up the great work keeping sites like these honest.

  • Hi, I don't know if I ever responded to this. There was a glitch in the system and the problem resolved by the next morning. Overall Ignition casino has been great to work with. Always friendly and helpful. There are lots of opportunities to win as well. Thank you
