What is going on with vic's , i can not even get to the site it redirects me to another bingo site. Are they no ;longer letting USA players play there or just me User name is Purified.

This group stopped taking US players couple years ago. But indeed Vics seems to be redirecting to their sister site BingoHall, so I assume its closed ( but we will need to verify this with the Rep ).

Vic's Bingo is not closed. If you are in a restricted country, you will be directed to one of their other sites. They initially prohibited new registrations from the US while allowing existing customers to access their accounts. Now, the United States is completely blocked.
