    It is under my name , bank considers showing a bank statement to the owner, so, the only data is my name.

    Do you believe it is not my bank statement?

    and, as my address proof was accepted , you have check my bill,  why is mandatory for my addres to be written in my statement?

    You have got my national id, my passport,  3 bills, 3 statements and the 100 days period of transactions,  they all belong to me

    The statement that you sent didn't have an address, therefore cannot be considered valid. 

    The reason we ask for a statement, since you don't have other utility bills to show, is precisely because of the address.

    However, if this can help, we noticed that you sent before a statement from Banco Pa******a.

    In that statement, the address was included, so you can send a statement from that bank account, of the last three months, and your account will be verified instantly.

    Feel free to cover all the transactions, we are not interested in them.

    We just need it of the last three months, and with your address shown clearly.

    I sent my tax bill, my cell phone bill,  my car insurence bill,  another bank statement from february, in all of them you could see my address

    In the case of the last 3 months of a statetement I had to ask the bank to send a pdf file and that was what I sent to you

    The monthly statement comes with the address, the other ina  pdf file only with my name

    I offer you to close my account please, I understand your intention is not to pay. Roll back my deposit in case you decide it or your T&C allow you. 

    Does any member of this forum believe that Betzest.com online casino must investigate player for money laundery at my first withdrawal request of 238 usd???

    We never stated that we verified your address.

    We said that the bank statement of the last three months would be enough, but in the statement you sent the last time, there wasn'tany address shown whatsoever.

    The reason we ask for a statement, since you don't have other utility bills to show, is precisely because of the address.

  • Why didn´t you accep my cell phone,  taxes,  insurence, other bank startement, which content my address and ask for a 3 month statement ? You could see my address in each of the docs 

    the pdf file was asked to the bank specially and had not the address

    I have sent them all.

    Unless you provide the required docs in the format the casino requires your account cannot be verified. There is no use repeating the same thing over and over again. The casino rep explains multiple times why they need this info to be delivered and in this format.

    Using VPN is a big NO. This is a breach of casino T&C and you should not have done this. 

    The casino rep explained what kind of documents you need to provide and explained why they couldn't accept those you already sent. He also explained why the verification process is important for them. Using VPN just raised their suspicion. 

    Our players don't have issues with Betzest casino and the casino rep answered all your questions and tried to explain the verification.

  • Ok Mellisa, so, that's it.  My account will be closed.  Will they roll back my deposits or they will take it all?

    It looks useless to keep on uploading or sending docs. My account has been verified twice in less than 12 months without a single pay out

    I have played vpn free. I've just logged in from a vpn to request the withdrawal

  • At last, betzest.com sent the payment to me. After a dozen ID and finance verifications.  I thank Mellisa and betzest support rep for their help and for pay eventhough they could confiscate my 238 usd alleging I logged in with a vpn once
