    I would suggest either fixing the mobile verification for Canadians or at the very least, not making the $5 NDB dependant on it. Being told by support both live and through offline emails that you're working on it and will contact by mail with updates and then a month or more going by and never being contacted has a way of turning a player away ;-)

    If the very offer you're using to get people through the door is causing issues.. one can only question the potential hazards in depositing, KYC verification, withdrawals, etc etc.

    I am trying to withdraw 22 265$ CAD since September 9th from Betzest but they keep delaying payment without provide a timeframe. They tell me my money is safe and not to worry because I will get my money and that it could be a fast resolution or it could take time?? Not sure how that is promoting fair play?

    Before making my first deposit on the site, I went on live chat and clearly explained that we are unable to receive payments on Visa in Canada and they reassured me and told me not worry since Betzest will find an alternative solution. So I went ahead and made a deposit of 1452,62$ on September 6th and won. They made the business decision to close my account which I respected since they agreed to let me withdraw my winnings (22 265$)

    Then when the time came to withdraw, they told me to make my withdrawals to my Visa card to start and that if it did not work, they would find an alternative solution. I did not understand why they would ask me to withdraw to Visa since it does not work in Canada and most betting sites know but I did anyways just to respect their request.

    They are using the excuse they respected their terms and tried to pay my Visa???

    After this incident, they requested me to send a bank statement which I did and now I am being told Bank Transfer is not yet available. The Bank Transfer option is clearly available on their website as a withdrawal option and the delays states 2 to 5 business days. Proof available on their site.

    Finally, they recently added MuchBetter to the list of payments and I told them I would make the minimum deposit in order to withdraw my money to my MuchBetter account but they said that they only have the option to deposit which is false.

    IMPORTANT INFO : I asked my friend to ask live chat with if he can withdraw via MuchBetter if he made a deposit with that option and they confirmed he can. Here is the answer :

    I have never experienced a situation like this and I have played on multiple sites. I have never sent any complaints in the past and have always solved my issues directly with the gaming provider. I have been very patient and professional throughout the process .

    They can easily fix this delay by paying my money via MuchBetter or Bank Transfer.

  • If you read up, you will see that prior to making a deposit this was mentionned on live chat since we are UNABLE to receive payments on Visa in Canada and they told me not to worry.

    I would have never made a deposit if I couldn't withdraw. It's only logic don't you agree?

    If someone you don't know tells you, your money is safe and to not worry because you will get it but tells you I don't know when. How would you feel?

    I will update this thread until I receive my money.

    If I receive my money soon, I will see that you are working towards a quick resolution.

    Regarding your deposit,according to our records, our agents have mentioned to you before to make the deposit, on 22'08 PM and i quote " You can make a minimum deposit with another of our methods and then use the same method to withdraw" on 6th of September, and you still went ahead and deposited with Visa on 22'45 PM on the same date. 

    Regarding the Muchbetter method, an informative email has been sent to you right away after you spoke with our agents. 

    Nevertheless your case will be resolved soon enough and please get updates directly from our finance department.

  • In my account is only 0.39, but you can keep this and close my account. 

  • Betzest just stole my whole balance in the middle of session.
    They are saying that all the winnings was generated from freespins, but that is not right.
    I made a 10€ deposit via Skrill, continued playing and won even more.
    At the time of deposit balance was 299€, and at the time when my balance just disappeared, was somewhat 350€.
    But obviously that cannot be proven since the casinohistory shows just zeros.
    Right after they finally verified my account, they confiscated everything.
    In live chat I was repeatedly told that I have just played and lost the whole balance and that I should check my casinohistory.
    Well, I checked, and that history makes zero sense.
    "0,45€ bet from 0€ balance generates 0€ winning" etc out of this world.
    But now via email they are saying that with my Skrill deposit I only won 0,2€ twice.
    I do have several screenshots of the whole session.

    This is just unacceptable!

    Hopefully you can help me out.

    Im more than happy to provide more details and screenshots via PM.

    Support via live chat insisted to make that mentioned deposit via Skrill for that I could then withdraw via that method. Thats highly questionable, why support did not tell me that I cant withdraw the money at all before he/she asked me to do that deposit in first place

  • First time when I contacted live chat about withdrawing, they did not tell me that the funds in my account will be removed.
    Instead of that, they ask me to deposit more via certain method in order to make a withdrawal.

    They absolutely should have told me that the balance in my account IS NOT withdrawable, but no.
    These greedy &@+s even tricks me to deposit more so they could confiscate it too.

    !Highly NOT RECOMMENDED!
    Just be wiser than me and never, and I mean EVER, deposit in this so called casino! They will rob you, and when you confront them about it they just rub it in your face with with lies and rude attitude.

    Too bad that they are operating (stealing) under the most notorious and worthless "licence" when it comes to Customers rights. Curacao finest.

    Lesson learned in a hard way.

  • I forgot to mention that this whole situation has NOTHING to do with NOdeposit bonuses.

    This all started when I redeemed specific deposit bonus from my messages at betzest, it was 100% +100fs Pirates from the east -slot. 

    It is nothing but a coldhanded theft if with bonus said above you can only win max. 10€, and that amount is not playable, but to be credited on your NEXT withdrawal. 

    If its not playable money, then how did I accumulate several hundreds with it? 

    I just cant get my head around this.

    -I deposit (Paysafecard) with that bonus

    -Clear the bonus

    -Win

    -Want to withdraw Skrill but forced to deposit again for verification

    -KYC (unbelieveable,could write another thread)

    -Finally verified

    -Funds +340€ and in middle of DOAII session balance suddenly drops to 0€

    -Live chat repeats over and over that I have played all of it. "You played, you won and you lost" 

    Its disgusting how they treat people.

    First of all no one stole nothing from no one, these malpractices aren't our policies.

    With the 7.40€ that was your Free Spin win (https://prnt.sc/qaa4xp), you went on and won 299€, and while your balance was still 299€ you deposited another 10€ (https://prnt.sc/qaa8mq). While this deposit doesn’t count for the rest of the wins after the 299€ as all these winnings are made from the Free Spin win.

    The system automatically forfeited all the balance and here you’re right, when it should have left at minimum 17.40 € (your real deposit and the free spin win.)

    The amount of the Free Spin win, is not playable as you shouldn’t play with those money, they would be just added to your real first withdrawal, as our policy dictates, but you still played with that balance, while very easily you could have deposited 10€ ( as you did when your balance was 299€) and withdraw the whole amount. Then you could have played as you wish and no one could ever confiscate nothing from you as your winnings would have been legit.

  • Hello. I registered at betzest.com in 2020

    My account was verified then

    I resume my playing in 2021 and deposited bonus free 100 usd.  I played and my latest balance was 236 usd.  I requested a withdrawal

    Betzest finance section asked me for more docs which I sent to them.

    They declined most of them. I had to send my id card and passport many times before they accepted it

    We have beeninterchanging a dozen emails with their requests to verify my account

    They are not approving my address and my funding accpunt which is neteller

    They wrote the following many times:

    I do not know why they decline every doc I send. I sent a pdf file from neteller too.

    Many other bills as taxes, insurences,  all declined

    Up to know I realize betzest does not want me to play anymore and I do not know if they will pay what I have in my balance

    My username at betzest is betzestnene

    And my registered email is the same I use here at the forum

    Any help is welcome

    I have uploaded some pdf files, car insurence, my bank statement of the last january februeary   

    You do not accept neither cellphone bill, tax bills, insurence bills,  pension statements.  Why?

    I have sent the neteller screenshot which you may see the deposit to betzest with my name at the top right. I asked neteller help center for help to fullfil betzesr.com requirements. .  I believe you are requesting more than usual to assist a costumer who deposited 50 or 100 usd and is trying to cashout 238 usd
