  • have sent emails to [email protected] several times yet no reply other than "the company reserves the right to refuse to accept any bet" despite sending my national passport photo as id. It is very frustrating to note that they did not even state if my Id is accepted or not. Or if another document is required for verification.   • I wrote to Betwinner.com Monday the 30th of December 2019 , that I wanted to close the account as I have a gambling problem and that "I can’t control the spend .”

    Please see conversation below at the end of this message.

    After I talked to them I could still deposit every day, until all my salary was gone, in total 3090 EUR.

    As you see it was big deposits and nothing was there to stop me , although I had asked for help.

    My account was blocked after when contacting them again the 2nd of January, and asking them why they didnt follow simple responsible gaming terms, and asking for a refund of the deposits after the request the 30th of December.

    They responded this:

    "Dear Customer,

    As soon as you reported gambling problems, the possibility to place bets from your account was restricted, then the gaming account was permanently blocked. Unfortunately, there are no grounds for the requested refund.

    Betwinner"

    The claim that they put a restriction and blocking the account "As soon as you reported gambling problems" is false, as I was still allowed to deposit 24 times up until the 2nd of January 2020 , in total 3090 EUR, after requesting the block.

    Attached is the list of deposits After I requested a block (see conversation date and time). Then I also pasted the deposits before contacting them.

    Then you have a copy of the full conversation from the 30th of December 2019. (read from bottom and up)

However, the company can offer you the option to limit the amount you can stake on sports events, which will help you partially control your expenses.   • hey, deposited about 700€ on betwinner and won several times reaching about 3k euros. i then try to withdraw a part of my funds and they asked me for a series of documents, up until here everything is normal. suddenly they ask me to do something which required me some time to get proof of (going to the bank, etc) and i take about 1 week to respond to the previous email. i then answer with the document they wanted and they don't respond at all. its been 1 week with no answer from them.

In the end out of the blue they blocked my account for no reason. I tried to contact them several times after this.I got no reply.i tried contacting them with a different email.That time i got a reply asking for my account no. after i provoded them my account number. As usual no reply after that.Please help me with this. I have contacted them sevral times after this with different email ids.They stop replying after they find out what my gaming id is.     I did not know it belonged to the same owner as betwinner

    I noticed it this morning when security section started asking for docs and other actions

    I have deposited 100  and now I have got 208 usd in my account.

    They blocked my  account to play.

    Security section asked for my docs and i sent them to them, national id, passport and utility bill, and deposit proof, and settings

    Then, they asked for a photo of me holding my id as a selfie with their email from xparibet asking for this action.

    As we may see in this topic, betwinner security section made me send over 20 photos of many actions they requested, i did them all. it was a neverending process, they seemed to be playing with me, i am 71

    This process ended after I contacted a rep here at lcb who helped me a lot

    Could any betwinner.com agent help me to verify my xparibet.com account?

    My passport can be read, my face is next, and it is almost imposible to fit everything in the same photo

    I told security section operator that eventhough they are doing their job, the re are some comunication that fails between customer and casino

    I hope someone can help

  • Betwinner is a big SCAM people. Stay away dont ever deposit money there. I have been scammed by them. I have deposited money and its being 1 month my money not credited to my account. Think if your deposited money is not credited in your account, how will ever you get your withdrawals when you asked for it.

    Their customer support stops replying so beware stay away. 

  • Thanks for sharing this info with us, luckyros. Sorry to hear you have a bad experience with this brand. We can try to get in touch with them and see if we can get some answers. There are still several unresolved complaints and we still haven't heard back from the casino. We are not sure what's going on. 

  • Thats wh i have alerted here that be sure that scamming is started and they are in process of closing down and running out with peoples money. My money is already gone but let others kno and keep aware from this fraudulent bookmaker.

    We got an update regarding your case. 

    They advise you to apply to the CS using the registered email address so they can resolve this issue. 
    You need to contact them on one of the following email addresses: [email protected] for sec dep: [email protected]

    Please do as they advised you and let us know once you hear from them.

    We finally managed to reach the casino rep. There is a new one in charge of our account. Namely, the casino advised us that you should follow the instruction in the email the security department sent you. Have you received their email?

    About 1 month ago a withdrawal request was rejected. I received a message to send documents. First they wanted a copy of my citizen card (front and back), then they asked me for screnshots from my Skrill account, then a selfie with me holding my citizen card and their email as a background, then they asked me if I knew a certain person and finally I was told to write a code and today's date on paper and hold it to my face. I sent them everything you asked for. today, 11 days after the start of this process, I received an email saying that I had committed fraud (but they do not explain what fraud I allegedly committed) and that they were going to close my account. They only let me raise 389 Euros out of my 2727 Euros! They steal me 2337 Euros!

    What can I do?

    You breached casino T&C so there is nothing further we can do for you.
