    We've asked them for the evidence of multiple accounts. Keep you posted. 

  • Their system recognized the same device and the same IP address, which is a breach of casino T&C since only one account per IP address is allowed. Unfortunately, due to privacy policy, they can't share evidence with us. 

    If you are not satisfied with the outcome you can file a complaint to their licensor.

    Please be informed that the user's gaming account has been blocked due to the violation of the Terms and Conditions of the Company, multiple registration to be precise.
    The fact of multiple registration has been established by the device used to place bets as well as by the manner of playing.
    The funds deposited into the gaming account have been paid out to the user in full.
    The user was provided with this information on December 15, 2020, via [email protected].

    As i told you before i only have 1 account. 

    I played there for a long long time and they never told me nothing similar. I made lots of deposits and never had any problem. Only when i started winning some bets they came with this lie.

    I use VPN to acess their website because in my country their website is blocked. They told me to use VPN.

    What can you do to help me?

    We've already contacted the Casino Representative. MelissaN was writing to them regarding your complaint and they informed us that you had multiple accounts therefore your account was closed and your deposit of 389 EUR was refunded. 

    She also requested evidence from the casino, but due to the privacy policy, they couldn't share evidence with us.

    We're sorry, but there is nothing further we can do to help you.

    How can we be protected from this type of fraudulent bookmakers?

    Please add betwinner on the black list of bookmakers, so new players can be protected from them.

  •      Hello guys. I know this topic hasn't been commented for a while, and the company rep hasn't been on in a while either. But I need some sort of direction, as I have a "stagnant" amount of money in my BetWinner bookmaker account, around 11K$ dollars. Detail, I have been a customer of the house for over 2 years.

         As usual, they asked for my documents, but I sent them all and they didn't solve my problem. I sent a photo of documents (driver's license/ID), bank statements, photo holding the ID next to the email, proof of residence. It's been about 10 days now, but from the looks of it I'm almost accepting that I lost my money.

         So I'd like to know if there's anything I can do to deal with this, given that it's a considerable amount of money, especially for me and if there's anything I can do to get it out.
