  • Hello, user name Slezak1371 at Bet Voyager, I'm unable to claim the 50 spins when registering through LCB using this promo code LCBBV-SP50 at first it wouldn't accept the validation code sent to me via SMS either. I have tried numerous times but to no avail, can you shed some light on this issue for me please? I have included a screenshot of the error message I keep getting

    I`ve registered to Betcruise and deposit 25Euro .
    But the first deposit bonus wasn`t added.
    So i asked about it in the chat and i was told that i didn`t claim the bonus before deposit .
    When i asked where i can find the option to claim the bonus i was told that it can be found in the bonus section
    But when i go to the bonus section there is no option to claim anything at all .
    The chat operator told me to send a message to the relevant department regarding this issue. but more than 30hours later still haven`t received any response what so ever.

    could you sort this out for me please?

    In my opinion your response is not the kind of reply i `ve been  waiting for,and i`ve waited more than 3 days 

     n chat at Bet cruise i was told by your operator that i have been doing wrong and didn`t follow procedure so therefor i was the one to blame for not getting my 100% deposit bonus. Now you are admitting that i wasn`t to blame because there seems to be some malfunction regarding the availabillity of the deposit bonuses.

    That the deposit bonuses were not available was exactly the reason why i contacted the chat operator in the first place . What triggered me  to register and deposit to the casino was the 100% deposit bonus that would be automatically added after first deposit made.. So I had every reason to expect Bet Cruise casino would provide me with 100% deposit bonus when i made my deposit of 25 Euro.

    The fact that for whatever reason  Bet Cruise casino  wasn`t able to provide what was promised, doesn`t imply Bet Cruise can get away from this by simply telling me now that its not available.

      I am an experienced online slots player  and i have account at nearly all online casinos existing. In some of these casino`s  i had a deposit bonus failure also but in all of these cases i received the alleged deposit bonus manually after sending a message or even at chat notice..

    The waitingtime Bet cruise leaving  a customer in oblivion ,is far from good customer service but then to put me off with this reply  is totally out of order and showing a serious lack of customer care 

    I do sincerely hope Bet cruise casino is capable to acknowledge it`s  wrongdoing regarding this matter and  come up with a better solution to compensate .

    I wouldn't know the reason. We're not getting any replies to our emails either, which is not usual for this group of casinos. Usually they reply to our emails and post replies here in the thread. I'll send them another reminder email today.

  • The withdrawal in Betvoyager takes a very long time; somehow I was paid 5 days, I haven’t seen anything like that in any casino.
