  • CS team is from peru they got no idea.for or who they are working for.last week sent me an email that payment was sent via email,wich was not.they told me to talk by my way to the payment processor od betsson. a  joke... now ofr 3 times in a row in less 2 weeks they ask me to verified my account wich was verified twice... in december and 2 times in january...  they scam me.im tired and piss off i have emails chats conversations anything. i want my money back

  • i dont know what u try to said i click on the link and the page dont work. once again gonna explain you my account was verified twice yes twice and ask 3 verification and hold my payment.today i received more emails saying my account its not verfied i have 2 emails of betsson that my account was verfied correctly on 5 january and 11 january.. i have chat support conversation that they said im right and betsson not. i want all my deposits back. i have sent to anchi my username on betsson so u should be able to talk to tanchi andcheck my account... awfull what betsson did to me

  • i have sent all documents betsson required. ID a bill with name an a dresss of less than 3 months photos of the debit card i used for deposits front and back of the two. the ask the same i had sent on 5 january and 11 january and betsson sent me emails that my account was fully verified again.why because i won¿? and all days loose and yesterday i won you dont process payment so i loose the money. i want my money back. with this evidence i thin its more than enough for LCB  team and everyone to know betsson scam me. i want all my deposits back via brubank and uala.when i deposited 150k yesterday and all days dont ask nothing but when i want to withdraw you make verified for a 3 time? hold payment?  thief

  • Update yesterday they didnt even know what document they want. today see on my emails is a credit card. i talk support ow.ask like always talk to supervisor. i ask her. does betsson argentina accept credit cards? she said no... we dont allow... then she saw they were asking me the credit card for verification... and said i deposited 40.000 pesos wich its not true i ask her the date and transacction of that payment i hvent made and she told me ok wait 10 min. i wait 20 min.. she come back with no date of transacction evidence of the deposited.and start saying me other thing to change the subject of the issue of the credit card. today for this issue with betsson i had to go to hospital coz of my hearth and all i have been passing with this.now i feel again nervous because they are laying me over and over. i had the chat im gonna post it here. is in spnish but is google translate. i would have to call a lawyer if LCB please help me. i dont know what else to do. i requested a call the supervisors never are available support is awfull. they stole my money easy like that al proof here. and have more.

  • New update i got a call from juan supervisor of betsson.telling me it was their mistake and apogolize 100 houndreds times.told me was a mistake from the casino to ask me verified for a 3 time in a row.but he said they aprrove and verified my account but the department (when they saw i was going to withdraw 400000k see that they made a mistake when they verified it... hahah i told him for deposit no mistakes accept my deposits but when i want to withdrawn they said the commet a mistake verifiyng my account twice... yes twice just when i was going to withdraw.when i deposited every day with same debits cards NO MISTAKE deposits accepted. like i said to him i want my money back.he said i was right and he was gonna talk i dont know to who? because he is the supervisor and rep of betsson of argentina... Hope i got my money back,Honest casinos never done this.betsson has pushin me to the limit.their mistake like he said not mine im honest and clear player want my money back.i would keep LCB updated about this when i got the answer of juan.

    all anchi.not once but twice and they aprroved everything.thats why i got angry. first on 5 of january and then again 11 january. and now they ask me again. even suppot told me was not right asking me for 3 time the same in so little time and when my account was verfied already.and when they ask verified again not even support or me  know what they want...  until i got an email the other day ask me again screen shot for 3 time of one my debit card wich i sent twice and was verified.also they told me they hace problems with the page. also i talk via phone with a supervisor he told me i was right and apologize.and told me my case were sent to another agent or supervisor.got an email on 30 january.of them wich i post here and told me to have patience they she were take my case and see why so much issues.

    Como ya le informó nuestro soporte, debe cargar una foto de su tarjeta ***2854. El anverso debe mostrar los primeros 6 números y los últimos 4. El reverso de la tarjeta debe estar debidamente firmado (raya blanca u otro color) y por seguridad debe tapar el código CVC (Muy Importante). Hasta que no se verifique el documento, podemos rechazar las solicitudes de retiro o mantenerlas pendientes.
     
    También me gustaría dejar muy claro que fue únicamente su decisión utilizar el saldo de su cuenta antes de completar una verificación de los documentos solicitados. No podemos responsabilizarnos por el hecho de que usted mismo decidiera jugar con los fondos y los usara, por lo tanto, su reclamo para que se le reembolse el dinero ahora se rechaza.

    i already did it on january 5 and january 11.they aproved the pic of that debit card thats why im ungry. and did i mention  i deposited every day and that day deposited 160k and everything ok for deposit problems for withdrawn.. i dont think its fair.anyway you can close this topic.they sent me an email that for them and their terms and conditions my issue is closed.not fair for a player.took deposits make u verified the same twice.aproved the documents all when u want to withdraw they have problems...

  • hi make a complaint about betsson argentina.a week ago. for withdrawns. like LCB team read i verified my acount and debit cards januay 5 and 11.al goes ok.then they said THEY made a mistake verifying my account.. i went nuts make a complaint here etc.then after talk with supervisor chat etc apologize etc.but they said no.they have their right.also read anchi here from LCB and said sent them the docs again.ok today i did what anchi said  and sen the documents today (the documents was the same photo fo my debit card wich i said again was verified twice. and deposit more than 200 k. and started playing went to almost 800k.check my email... they rejected again the document. i went insane.support was not online.so i played all my money...and lost it.coz i was insane.with this debit card i have withdraw 3 times not huge withdrawn.all problems become when i try to withdrawn large withdrawns.. well today i talk to support and ask why they rejected my debit card again... pics were fine your name all fine.u didnt signt it with a "PEN" all excuses... never told me i have to sign it with a pen.im so stupid for plaing again here.and i speak with uala the debit card i made deposits.they told me they should returned my deposits backs coz law in argentina and then dont accepted deposits to casinos on line by the law of  "A" 6823/2019 central of republic of argentina not allow to make deposits on: casinos online,brokers,cripto etc.

    So  like they dont want to paid making excuses.. they cant not take deposits. law is law.i would really talk with a rep of betsson but international.not someone calling from peru.and tell me u did all well but u forgot sign the credit card with a "PEN" many of u will think o this guy is bad looser etc.but not.i loose here may many times.. im piss of coz when i want to withdraw they dont want to paid.so if LCB team can help me would be very gratefull if not i thank LCB  team aniway.just talk to a rep via phone rep of betsson international not peru etc..awfull support.and like i said they cant take deposits by argentine law.wich i mentioned up there.so my deposits should be returned.thank u for read me again.

  • update. i got an email. tehy couldnt verified my debit card. i did everything they ask i sent the debit card sign... they ask me to sent again a photo with the debit card sign. im tired i did it all.i deposited here every day. with that debit card i with drawn 3 times. now is a pain. i dont know what happened to them. i think they should give me my deposits back. i dont know what they want like i said i sent them all they want. this email today i got.

    It is understandable that you feel frustrated and scammed by Betsson, as they accepted your deposits but refuse to allow you to withdraw your large winnings. Despite past successful verifications..However, it appears that you have gambled away a large portion of your winnings, as suggested by the recent comments in this forum thread. Once again I will ask, do you presently possess a certain quantity of money that you are attempting to withdraw?

    Depending on if you currently have funds to withdraw or not we will further escalate this complaint with Casino Rep. But keep in mind that they have already stated that they have a dedicated CS team that is already working with you to help resolve this situation. 

    It is important to continue to contact customer service and be patient for the phone call conversation. It is also important to review the terms and conditions of your agreement with Betsson, to ensure that they have not breached any terms which would give you a legal right to pursue your claim. Additionally, it would be wise to consider filing a complaint to their MGA License HERE to further escalate this whole issue. Please make an effort to be clear with your issues and keep it short and to the point. Sometimes less is more.

    ok sorry for my long posts i will try to be more short with my posts.all i wanted was updated what im talking)

    pending withdraws? no i dont have. they allow my deposits but always have an excuse to paid.

    i contact support ask for a phone call with a suprevisor they never are there.sent 3 messages for betsson rep here like you recommend no answer.if i feel scam? yes of course because i have verified that debit twice make 2 or 3 small withdraw. the problem was when i ask a payment of 400k they push me to the limit day after day sending all they want. i sign the debit card now they said i sign it wrong.(i sign it when the card says authorized sign) my friend is scam if they said they cannot verified my account ok fine dont took my deposits either..i was depositing since yesterday and if i want to deposit now i can.. but no withdraw.how is that possible? im gonna filled a claim there in MGA license if i dont have an answer for  the rep here or for someone of betsson.thanks king nemo for your advise.
