edit: Just tried a new deposit since the last attempt several weeks ago and now it has worked, 

Hi Phil,

now BetSpin as opened for German players, and yet I can't make a deposit with my credit cards. I am getting the same error message. D100 - restricted territory. (They are normal credit cards, Visa and Master, I am from Germany, these cards work 100% in other casinos)

Unfortunately I had this issue written to support but since weeks (!) nobody answered me or could help out.

I PASSED THEIR VERIFICATION PROCESS AND MADE A WITHDRAWAL BUT I WAS NEVER PAID.
THEY ARE SAYING THAT I ‘BREACHED TERMS’ BUT I CERTAINLY DID NOT.

We contacted the casino but they said they couldn't share the info regarding your case with us and you should contact customer support directly on the site. However, we contacted their support on your behalf and still waiting for the answer. Have you tried to reach them? 

Did you check this? I was hoping I will get your response ASAp.

I still don't know what is the status.

Still nothing from the casino. Most of the casino reps are on taking days off due to Easter holiday. We've sent them another reminder. Keep you updated.

After sending another reminder to the casino's support team, we finally got the answer. Namely, they are not able to provide any information regarding your case unless the actual account holder is in contact with them. They advised you should contact them directly or their regulatory body, MGA, if you are not satisfied with the casino's answer. 

Unfortunately, there's nothing more we can do for you. At least we tried to contact them on your behalf. Please keep us posted.
