    Congrats. They pay quickly and often without documents, I don`t argue.
    But there is a probability with a very large win, they will find the reason that would not pay.

    The representative of Betchan, too, did not explain anything. He laughed, said that  considers the winner a fraud and that's all.

  • in 29 january 2019 i deposit with neteller $48, this is my 3rd deposit and after that i played several hours and hit managed waggared with balance can cashout $186, before make cashout i upload my documents including selfie photo then i submmited ,after several hours my documents was approved, then i made cashout, but after 3 hours waited my cashout discharge by this casino with unreason, i go to the chat live support, live support chat name victoria told me with different reason, 1st she told me i made duplicated account with same IP address i break this reason with explanations all internet operation in my country operated with one provider that is telkom provider with same gate way and i asked to her for provided with proov if i made duplicted account, she cant proov it, then she change with silly accused that duplicated account because same home address not IP address, from this point this casino only stalling tactic run and round wont pay my winning $48, from the 2nd silly accused too she cant proov me with clear eviden.After i push with clear explanations this rouge casino closed my account and not refund my deposit $48, becarefull with betchan casino who has scam on me and rip of my deposit $48 and especialy this casino run with unresfected like coward criminal .My email with this casino [email protected], to lcb forum & member i only have 1 file to be shown the rest i cant acces because this casino in 30 januari 2019 has closed my account, my advise stay away dont play with rouge & scam this casino

    I have 2 online casino account, 1 from Casionic and another is Casinochan.

    With casionic I have no complain. But with Casinochan they put up a faulty game called "Arabian Spin".

    I spend a lot around 7500 in 1 day to see the bonus from this game. Once I receive bonus which is 63. I tried to contact them also during the game I contacted and mentioned the game is playing around but they said they have no issue. Today I have checked they have removed the game. 1st I lost 2500 in 30min. And I complained to them. They said let me know when I am in completely zero balance. After that I also spent more 4000 on it as I already put before but I did not wanted to be eaten away the money. I continue my spending on "Arabian Spin." I tried also other game they are ok. Mai  fault is with the "Arabian Spin". whenever I talk to them they are offering me 100 bonus which is funny .i asked for refund but they are not doing it willingly look like. top of that they want me to spent more. I am humbly looking for a help from you.

They say that everything works properly on their side and that all of their slots are from official game providers and they can't influnce them.     Thank you for your actions on my behalf. My only question is what type of game they are operating that you get a free game bonus after spending 7500 which only offers 63. That's why I was very upset and I found it very unfair. 

    The same night I lost 5000 with Casinonic but I am not upset as I receive good win from their same game and I found Casinonic is a fair platform and not doing any monkey business. as I lost and it was my fault because I was continuously playing. they have contacted me after I ask for a partial refund. Anyway, I actually should not play online as most are crap.

    I have the full detail if you want I can give that to you each and every round. funny thing is they have taken that game away after my conversation with them. Now they again bring in back yesterday as I ask them I want to play that game again. "Arabian Spin".

    I was playing at casinochan and received a 1st deposit bonus of $250. As per the general bonus terms 1.16 which state:

     

    The maximum bet with an active bonus is 5 CAD,5 EUR. (Unless stated otherwise in special terms for the bonus). Purchasing any game features (including but not limited to 'respin') will add to your bet amount. If the player exceeds the maximum bet when the bonus is active, CasinoChan reserves the right to confiscate the winnings.

     

    I was betting over this limit from my first bet based on the following clause in the terms and conditions I agreed to upon registration 1.15 which states:

     

    Placing bets exceeding the specified limit, the player thus confirms that he/she rejects the bonus and the winning received due to such bonus. The bonus will be withdrawn without the right to recover it.

     

    Under this the second I placed my first bet of $10 CAD I rejected the bonus and therefore was not bound to rule above in 1.16 of the general bonus terms. Also under the general bonus terms 1.14 it states:

     

    The real money balance is used first when betting. All the bets made by a player are deducted from it. However, in cases when there is no real money balance, the player's bonus balance is used to deduct the bets placed

     

    To me this means until I went through the initial deposit of $725 CAD I was never playing with bonus money. I never once went below the $725 CAD. Also in discussion with casinochans customer service they will neither acknowledge or dispute the clause I provided from the terms and conditions 1.15. I believe that casinochan is blatantly ignoring their own terms and conditions and sticking to the ones that benefit them. I lost $14000 CAD, all attempts to work with them just fall on deaf ears and I end up getting a computer generated response. How does a person proceed next

  • So you decided to twist the meaning of the terms to act like it's a "parachute" bonus??? Hahah so funny.. i mean what are you thinking there. These casinos will void any winnings at the first chance so thinking you can play around the terms is like.. are you new to online gambling? That rule simply means that if you are losing and decide to change your mind you can void the bonus and cash out or play bigger bets (live tables) well any reasons that could justify such actions. It's clearly stated on all gthe casinos i know that you can't win of it. If oyu win and your balance increase you are not allowing to void the bonus and keep the winnings.

    You decided to play the csainos game of twisting rules to get the edge? The thing is, they run... you don't. Everyone (i hope) knows bonus wagers often kick big early much more than raw (let's not start about how not random the whole thing is). Which means it would be super easy for a place to just void a bonus everytime he hits lol. Maybe it's a mistake but you seem to have looked at it alot that means you also read the rest of the terms you are not talking about. You tried to scam the casino by twisting rules and run with the money... they void.. they win.. you will never get that money back trust me on that.

    p.s.: I give so much hell to casinos for all the bs they do, but i do boths ways as players like you are the reason why casinos can push their terms from 1-2 lines to 200 pages of bs and now it's unplayable. Because you try to be smartass and make money.. gg now you lose.

I play big always but I don't expect jackpot but not any money business. If the can not affor to pay big win than they should not have kept the option for big bets too.

    We reviewed the T&C and your initial post. So you deposited in order to get the first deposit bonus. When you exceeded the max bet limit you don't have the right to play with the bonus and your money since it has been forfeited and you can't continue to play. 

    Placing bets exceeding the specified limit, the player thus confirms that he/she rejects the bonus and the winning received due to such bonus. The bonus will be withdrawn without the right to recover it. - it covers both your deposit and the bonus given becasue in order to get the bonus you needed to deposit. Casinos are very strict when it comes to a breach of betting rules. 

    The casino also confirmed that the reason for removing the bonus and funds from your account is due to exceeding max bet limit. With that said there is nothing more we can do for you.
