     I completed my verification and made a withdrawal request which is still not processed since 6 weeks! 15 times contacted support and they give me 10 diffrent answers that i should be patient, a manager will look in to your case in some hours, that the financial deparment works on it and that they are so sorry.

    we have no any contract or agreement since the company is illegal operating in the netherlands .a casino ip agreement is only a permit to operate commercial and not gambling .

    after i lost my money with their manipulated games i contacted support that i have a gambling problem and they should not have taken me to deposit and play .next day they put a bonus in my acount and i played for 6 hours .you see they are very responsible right .i want my deposit back 600€ and they shoukld put a geoblocking software on the site .all terms are full of contradictions and is very misleading .

    addition to this :i want them to refund my deposits .they should not have taking me in their business.ofcourse they may diduct some costs and i want they implent geo blocking on the site to prevent more harm .very reasonable .a million business should apply every reasonable manners to protect vurnable players .we have a new regulation to protect us and these kind of practices destroy that protection just for the greed .

    I requested a withdrawal of EUR 5,000.00 at Beemcasino on July 11, 2022 at 6:38 am.

    All the datas/documents to verify my account were available for the casino at this point.

    The deposit was made via VISA and I also requested the payout via VISA. I did not play with a bonus!  The status of my withdrawal is "new" and aswell my documents for the verification are not processed.

    When I ask for my withdrawal, the casino always texts me: "All withdrawal requests process on a first-come, first saved basis. We try to do this as quickly as possible." The casino writes in their terms that a withdrawal will be processed within 3 - 24 hours. This is also advertised on some websites but as you can see, this is not true and I have read that a lot of players had to wait more than 4 weeks or just get the withdrawal bit by bit… But I will not accept that. I am therefore asking for your support, as I fear that nothing will change next week. I read that in such cases you can also contact the licensor (Curacao eGaming) or contact a a lawyer from Curacao or Malta. Would you recommend that? I hope that you can help me and establish contact with the Beemcasino.
