    on July 25, 22 I asked them again, when I will receive my funds of 5.000,00 EUR. 
    I go the following E-Mail on same day:

    "Hi Patrick,

    Thank you for contacting us!

    Your withdrawal request is still processing. We have already contacted the Finance department. Please don't worry.   Our team is doing all possible to speed up this process. You will receive your funds soon.

    Sincerely,
    Lily
    BeemCasino Support Team"

    Then I asked them on same day what they mean with "You will receive your funds soon"? If this means that I will get my funds this week?

    But I did not get any answere.

    I really hope for your support.

    I really like the game selection of the beemcasino and I wanted to start a live stream this saturday with a lot of high bonus buys. A friend of mine inherited around EUR 50,000. So this could be a very nice advertisement for the beemcasino but it seems that it does not impressed them at all.

    On Friday we have to know, if we can trust the beemcasino or better search an other one.

    nothing new... From today I am waiting since five weeks for my withdrawal.

    They wrote mo on the 8th of August:

    "Thank you for contacting our support team.
    The financial team is still on it.
    But I hope that we get positive news about your withdrawal very soon.
    My sincere apologies for all these inconveniences."

    What shall I do?

  • What options do we have as player, when the beemcasino does not withdraw winning? I already have contacted the Curaçao eGaming-Support.

    First I thougt they would help me, but I guess that the messages were automatically generated and nothing will happen...

    I am nearly waiting 8 weeks for my withdrawal.

    Yes, contacting the casino licensor is a good move.
