I would like to tell you how was my experience in this group of casinos and thus request that a complaint be made for something absurd that happened to me.
I started the verification process at Superior Casino on 03/25/2021, I waited until 04/07/2021 to get my account approved. a very long verification time, I started to get worried.
a deposit of 25 USD was requested so that I could make my withdrawal, I made the deposit on 4/1/2021, and I believe that on the same day I made the withdrawal of the 100 USD that I won using the LCB bonus, thus remaining 25 USD so that I could play in my casino account, I decided to risk my 25 dollars (note that 25 dollars did not have any bonus linked to it taking into account that my bonus balance had already been withdrawn)
I know that in short I was able to reach the minimum amount required for withdrawal in the case of 100 USD, to my surprise one of the agents of the Superior Casino finance company deducted 75 dollars from my account.
it is worth mentioning that I won those 75 dollars with my money that I deposited and that I had no association with any bonus!
I ask that the representatives of the casino speak up and that they want to resolve in a simple and direct way, as I always read the terms of each casino and follow them to the letter.
