    I'm really sad about this casino 888tiger.com , I deposited my money, I followed all the rules and now they just won't let me make a withdrawal the excuse is that my service bill has no issue date however the issue date is very clear and legible on the invoice..I have already sent the utility bill several times and each time I send it takes a week to answer my email..when I enter the chat to talk, the person who answers me promises to check what is happening and simply leaves me in the chat and does not respond anymore..I'm starting to get worried about this, it seems like now they ignore me...

    I've never had as many difficulties as I have in 888tiger ..every day is a different problem..they are saying that my withdrawal by BTC has been processed and sent more I have already consulted the blockchain network and there is no registered transaction...how is it possible to send bitcoins to someone and this transaction does not appear on the blockchain network ?? are ghost bitcoins ??

    I won $1400 at the Luckytigercasino part of the SuperiorShareGroup after taking 2 weeks to get my documents approved I was allow to request a cash out. The site states you can withdraw $2000 a week and $500 daily. On Sep 25 I requested a payout of $400 to my credit card. On Sep 28 I requested a payout of $500 to my Bitcoin and on Sep 29 I requested $500 bank wire. According to the casino it would take 7 business days to process each withdraw. Today I received a message from the casino withdraw dept stating they processed a credit card payout of $200 (it will take 10 business days to post) they then redeposited the other $200 not paid into my account. They also cancel my Bitcoin payout of $500. I'm sure they are going to cancel the bank wire tomorrow. At this rate it will take me 3 months to receive my winnings. Customer service told me they pay in installments not the full amount requested. Its impossible to withdraw more then $500 every two weeks and only 1/2 of that will be paid. To receive your $500 it will take 1 month. Can please find out why they state $2000 a week withdraw limits but the real max is $250 every two weeks. I would like my winnings now not in 3-4 months.

  • The real fun  just started after they approve your docs which they will it took me 3 weeks. The payout process is a joke. I tried to withdraw my winnings and they will only pay 1/2 of what you request (see terms and conditions) I was told due to the number of winners we choose to paid in installments.  You can only withdraw $500 every two weeks in my case it was going to take 3 months to get all my money at that rate. I gave up and contacted LCB and within 2 days all of my winnings were paid in full.  After being paid they took all my bonuses and I'm ok with that. You will get paid just takes a long time.

    I made a deposit in lucky tiger on the 18th and on the day 19th November I received a call to verification account and I was asked to send some documents by email and I sent the same day...7 days later exactly on the 26th November they answered the email asking to send the  ´´withdrawal application´´this one too i sent the same day

    the problem is that today is the 2nd of december and since the 26th i have been waiting for the cashier to be released so you can request a withdrawal ... however the cashier is still locked

    I would like to know what is happening and wish a solution so that I can withdraw my money with peace of mind.
