The thing is that this problem has occured for 3rd day (and in my first playtime at their casino as well) so I just don't know what to do.

  • My problem is that none of the games work. I have provided support with these screenshots that show the message I get all the time, no matter which browser I use. I have around 11€ balance and whenever I try to play, this comes up. Support hasn't answered to me ever since I provided them with screenshots.

  • I guess I managed to figure out this for myself, I had to make a bet with 0.01€ per spin and after that I could actually play.. but I figured this out by myself and I find this very odd and the fact that support didn't respond thus far was disappointing. Thank you for helping, MelissaN!
