  • I have decided to withdrawal all my balance - 3900€, because they started to reject almost all my bets.

    First I was asked for:
    1. A photograph of the front and back of my ID
    2. I do not have utility bill with my name as I am living in house that belongs to my parents so they are paying utility bills, but I am sending you scan of car registration document from December as it is most recent document I could find with my name on it.
    3. A screenshot of your Neteller account, with the page URL and your personal details (name, address, phone, etc.) clearly visible
    4. A valid phone number you can be reached at:

    Which I have provided. Then they asked for:
    1. A screenshot of your Neteller account, with the page URL and your personal details (name, address, phone, etc.) with the drop down menu clearly visible (head icon)

    And after that they asked for:
    1. A self-certified photo of you (selfie), holding your ID document.

    I have also provided them with selfie.
    Next day I got this email:

    Dear XXX,

    We are reaching you to inform you that our Anti-Fraud Department detected that your IP address is already in use by another account.
    In accordance to our policy your account has been closed and the total of your deposits, minus fees for administrative costs, have been returned to your Neteller account.

    I have never had or used any other account with 18bet.com .
    For me it seems like they are trying to avoid paying my winnings.

    I am using DSL internet connection with dynamic IP (which means that everytime I connect to internet my ISP will assign me one IP from pool of IPs he has), so I am not sure if this could be problem. Therefore IP can not be even used as proof that I have used or made any other. account at 18bet.com . They did not provided me with any proof, but they only claimed that I my IP address is already used by another account, but I have never ever made any other account at 18bet.com ... so it seems like they are trying to avoid pay me winnings.

    I've made a deposit of 50 € on 18bet.com, I didn't play any game. When I want to get my money back. They reject every time my request. They say that I must roll over my deposit to make it 250 €. That's impossible. 

    All I want is to get refund my deposit.

  • After depositing over €1700 at 18Bet and playing for over 2 months, I tried to withdraw the little over €1500 I had left in my account. However, after several days of waiting, they now rejected my withdrawal and suddenly removed €1300 from my account with the claim that I breached the "bonus manipulation" rules of an €80 bonus I received (despite me losing money while wagering the bonus and the bonus being nowhere near the €1300 they removed) over a month ago, which was wagered (at a massive loss) several weeks ago.

    Their claim is that I dropped my "average bet size" by more than 75% , because I played one bet at €724 and then one at €40, which is not true since my average bet size at the time was <€80, so it was not even a 50% drop. On top of that, they claim that I placed 1 (lost) bet for €40 on the NHL with a soccer bonus (I am not sure how that is even possible).

    However, that is not even the real issue. They further claim that my "balance has been restored to the balance that you had before claiming the bonus", which is simply not true, since my balance before claiming the bonus was €1382. Moreover, I had net losses of several hundred euros during the period where the €80 bonus was wagered, which is obviously very far from the €1300 in winnings that they suggest.

    Overall, 18Bet just removed €1300 from my account with the claim that I "manipulated" an €80 bonus, despite the fact that I lost several hundred euros while wagering that bonus. I have no clue how they reached the €1300 amount or how that is supposed to make sense in any way whatsoever.

    I can only encourage players to stay away from this casino

    P.S. 18Bet did not raise any issues at all while the bonus was being wagered or in the weeks after the bonus had been wagered. It was not until I tried to withdraw my money from the account that they suddenly claimed that I "manipulated" their bonus when, in fact, I lost an amount much larger than the bonus while the bonus was being wagered.
