what happens????

oh my god...i'm freaking out right now...in fact, its morning and i'm still drunk and I just realized I dep'ed over 1800.00 last night in 13 different dep's of which I DON'T HAVE...they will all bounce!! I don't know what will happen now? I drank a lot last night and didn't realize what the hell I was doing, does anyone know what happens in cases like this? its betway casino...

seriously, does something bad happen to my name? I have already contacted them, will they allow me to pay it back little by little?

I assume they let you play all these deposits?  How come they didn't bounce?  I'd be a little worried too.  They may likely treat it as a chargeback. 

Try and speak with them to find out what will happen.  Better than sitting there worrying about it.

I'm not sure what you mean. You used a bank card to deposit? The deposits would not have been authorized unless you had the money. If you had other bills that haven't cleared you account yet, then I can see the concern about those bouncing but not the deposits. Can you clarify?

If you have transactions that come in and you don't have the money in your account, the bank will probably return them all unless you have some sort of overdraft protection. As for the bank, you can make payments  in most cases but I am speaking from experience with US banks. If your account remains negative for a certain number of days they will close it unless of course they see that you are making deposits to clear it up.  If you don't pay it back, it is reported negatively preventing you from opening accounts at other banks.

I agree with froggy, if you did not have the money to cover the deposits then it would have been declined no matter what method you chose for transactions. So it sounds more like you have spent money you weren't in a position to give up and has put you in a bad way.

Unfortunately if you do charge backs it will ruin your reputation at all online casinos. I hope you can get it settled.

hi everyone, and thanks for your replies...I used echeck, which basically funds the dep's instantly whether you have the funds right now or not...of course, I didn't have the funds at the time...I was forced to put a stop payment on all of them as they were a total of 13 transactions that would have all bounced...at 42.00 per piece, a stop payment of one fee of 17.50 was much better for me and would have made no difference to the casino as they would have all bounced...
...I plan on paying back...my question is what happens to me? can betway get me into any legal trouble? I don't care about being banned, I just care about my credit etc...
