  • Has anybody done withdrawals with this place? I have been playing there for a month or  two and have made several deposits, all with deposit bonus match offers, but I have never had a withdrawal.

    Well, the night before last, I deposited $25. I almost went to chat to ask for the deposit bonus but decided to just see how it went without the bonus. Well, after playing for the last two nights, I made a withdrawal with them this morning for $3,000. My husband thought I was messing with him. He couldn't  believe I could win that much off of $25. I couldn't hardly believe it myself. I was literally laughing out loud at one point because I was thinking this had to be a joke. I hit on everything I played. Anyway, I talked to live chat and saved the transcript. I was told to email my driver's license, which I did and he confirmed he received it while we were chatting. He said it would be processed in 3-5 business days and paid wire. He said he thought I should receive the money by next Wednesday, the 28th. I asked about weekly max payments and he asked how much I was withdrawing. When I told him, he said somebody would email me this morning with all the info. Well, at lunch today, I did chat again and the girl told me the guy was mistaken. It may be today or tomorrow before I would get an email. And she said I have to wait for this email before I can send in any documents because this email has a form to fill out and only the operator that sends the email has access to the form.

    So, now I really don't know what to think. I have never cashed out this big of an amount from any casino. I am trying not to get my hopes up too much just in case this place turns out to be rogue or something.

    Sorry for the novel  grin I just wanted to find out if anybody else had any experiences with this place. Any input would be greatly welcomed!!

  • Thank you both. I did talk to live chat again this morning because I still had not received the email. While I was in live chat, I checked my email and there it was. I filled out the verification form they had attached and sent copies of everything they had requested. I am going to contact them this afternoon to verify everything was received. I did notice that when I go into the cashier now, they have updated my withdrawal status to "under review" whereas before it said "requested". I asked chat once again how long it would be from the time I first requested payout until the time I receive the money, and she still is saying 3-5 days total. Keeping my fingers crossed!

    I did have $50 showing in my account when I logged in this morning. Evidently I won one of their daily raffles yesterday. I had about 700-800 entries in that thing. I have about 900 entries in the weekly $500 raffle and over 1,000 entries for the $1,000 monthly raffle.

    I also received this email from them yesterday:

    If a wire was sent while the bank was closed, it would have gotten processed the next day the bank was open for business.

    The intercompany transfers were the biggest cause of this delay, your prize has to be processed by the one company and we need to receive this and do another transfer on their behalf. Please read the terms in the cashier where it says up to 12 working days. We email you a screen shot.


    In the future we believe that it will be processed from 3 to 5 working days. Once we have determined the new time line we will advise. thanks for your patience.

    That was not what I was told when this whole process started. I have every saved chat. Before I even cashed out, I asked chat how long. I was told 3-5 business days. Period.

  • wow, I have had rogues do this in the past but in the end they paid. I actually signed up there awhile ago and got a free chip and im sitting at 200$ and now they are saying that it is US only no Canada I can deposit just not cash out LMFAO.  I log on now and then just to hear the different answers from support and I do like the slots.

  • Thanks everyone....I do have a small glimmer of hope that I will get paid. After that last chat session, I was seeing red, so I got on their Facebook page and put this on every one of their posts through the month of December:

    Just a warning to all you potential depositors-I'm still waiting on a $3,000 withdrawal from this casino. I've been given four different dates as to when I will get this money. I was supposed to get it today but I was told just a little while ago that now it wont be until January 6th. I've got copies of every chat I've had with this casino regarding my withdrawal.     Well, within minutes, they started deleting what I had put. They then commented on one of my posts, but deleted their comment soon after so nobody would see it on their page. This is what it said:

    Since you have already deleted this comment you made to me, and I have no way of replying to you in a message, I am posting this here. I just think it is only fair to let other potential depositors know what they are in store for if they make a withdrawal from your casino. That is the only reason I have posted on your page. I was lied to in the chat sessions, and I have proof of that. The only reason I was told the truth this morning by Mary is  because my mother works at my bank and she could see whether or not a wire had been sent in the first place. Mary first tried to blame it on my bank being closed for the holidays, when in fact no wire was ever sent to my bank to begin with. Would you expect an honest casino to try to lie their way out of a situation instead of just admitting there was a screw up on their end? I wouldn't. I would only expect actions like that to come from a dishonest casino, who is trying to buy time into not paying an honest player who has won money at their casino fair and square. I am not the type of the person to cause trouble for anybody or anything UNLESS there is a valid reason. So, until my money shows up in my bank account, I can only assume, based on my experiences I've had with your chat people since my whole withdrawal process started, that I am not dealing with a casino that is being 100% honest with me. And that there is enough, in my opinion, to give me a valid reason to post what I have. I'm sorry if you disagree.

    Of course, all of that was deleted also, so this was my next post to them:

    They left those last 3 comments on their page, which gives me some kind of hope since they deleted all of the other ones.

    And they did put the $25 back in my casino account. Do you all think I should play that? Or just leave it alone, since that is the deposit that I won all of the money on?? I still feel like if I play that money back, they will then have a valid (in their opinion) reason to not pay me. Though, they did say they only put it back in my account for the inconvenience. I'm torn....

  • Heather, since that last message does not have any person's name attached, just Customer Service.. I would be concerned also. What I would do is contact them by phone to confirm this is really ok to spend and get a name... then you have it verbally and in writing and a name...

  • This is the last chat I had from them yesterday evening. They closed the chat, without giving me a chance to say anything, after their last reply. I think they pretty much just told me what I wanted to hear at the end of the chat because they were tired of messing with me. My mother in law thinks I am being too threatening and antagonizing with them. I told her I just want to make it clear to them that I am not some sucker who doesn't know the way this stuff goes and that I am not going to rest until I receive the money that is owed to me.

    When this place and I had our little spat on their Facebook page, they told me they do not tolerate my kind of attitude. If they didn't like my attitude then, they REALLY won't like my attitude if my money doesn't show up Friday. They have not seen anything yet.

    I am not sure what you call it. My mother said that when a wire is sent, there will be some sort of number-she called it a transmittal number, that is attached to that wire.


    I am guessing it is like a confirmation number of some sort, so that both the sender and the bank have a way of tracing/tracking the wire.

    If the money is supposed to be in my account on that date, why would I need the number on that date? I am asking for that number now as proof that the wire has actually been sent.


    I don't understand why some sort of proof cannot be provided, if the wire was in fact sent today.


    I was told this morning that the wire would be sent today.


    Somebody should be able to make a print out of the actual payment transmission.


    Can anybody answer me??

    If a bank wire is sent, it goes directly to my account, without me having to have any number to receive my money.

  • Well, my money won't be coming today. I just received a phone call from Vegas Vip. The money is at the Bank of Malta right now, and it will be in my account on Tuesday, the 10th.

    I will never deposit with this place again.

  • Still no money. I am so sick of this. I spoke with Aldo (who is supposed to be the payment operations manager) yesterday. He explained to me something about them having to use four different banks to get the money wired to me. He said I will have the money Monday morning. Friday morning he will send me the confirmation of the wire transfer, showing where the money has left the 3rd bank and been sent to the 4th bank (my bank). He will then send me the confirmation showing where the wire has reached my bank on Monday.

    Well, after we got off of the phone, I realized Monday is a federal holiday (MLK Day), so I called him back and told him. He said he was not aware that Monday was a holiday for us. So, now it will be Tuesday before the money gets to my bank account.

    So much has happened/been said throughout this whole ordeal, I could literally write a short novel. I have found out some interesting (to me at least-in the end, it may not mean squat) things with this place and different companies/people they have connections with.

    So, that's the update on my saga. I am so baffled, angry, confused by this whole thing, I don't even know what to say to these people anymore. I have never been treated this way by a casino before.

  • He explained it as this-the money comes from a bank in Belize, goes to the Bank of Malta (?), then to a bank in Tennessee, before it gets to my bank in Arkansas. I talked to a woman that works at the bank with my mother and she said it is not strange for it to go to the TN bank before mine. She said sometimes b/c of the way their (this would be Vegas Vip or their processor) bank process wires, they may have to go through another bank before it gets to mine.

    He did say too that each time the money is received at one of the banks, the bank sends back an inquiry as to what the funds are for. So, Vegas Vip has to respond before that bank lets the funds go on to the next. I know that now the U.S. Fed's are tracking amounts $3,000 and up. It used to be $5,000 and up. So I kinda buy that excuse.

    I never got my confirmation from Aldo this morning. I called and left him a message, but he hasn't called me back. I got on chat a little while ago, and that person said he just spoke with Aldo and that Aldo will be contacting me by email today.

    On a MAYBE good note-I logged into the cashier at Vegas Vip last night to look at my withdrawal. It wasn't showing up anymore under pending. So I chose the processed option, and there it was. It shows that as of 1/12/12 at 2:33 pm, it was updated to processed via bank wire. According to their cashier FAQ, the processed status means that your payout request has been fulfilled and submitted thru your payout method.

    Crossing my fingers that the wire has been finally sent. Although, I won't believe it until I see the money in my bank account.

  • Update on my continuing saga-STILL NO MONEY. Bet nobody would have ever guessed that...

    So, I never got my confirmation from Aldo on Friday that the wire had been transferred. I was told via chat that Aldo would be emailing me, but I never received an email. Yesterday morning I got a call from a different guy at Vegas Vip. He said he had emailed me a wire confirmation and that I should have the money in my bank account in a few days. I asked what happened to the wire being sent last week and my money being in my account on Tuesday. I got the same bank/processor issues that I've already heard countless times.

    I went to the bank's website that is listed on the wire "confirmation". The bank is Sparkasse Bank Malta Plc. On the bank's website, you can actually download the wire form and print it out. So the form they sent me as "confirmation" that the wire was really sent to any freaking bank, doesn't prove squat! It has no wire transaction number on it, no markings from the bank showing it was processed-nothing. For all I know, they could have just printed out the stupid form, filled it out, sent it to me as their "proof" they sent the wire, but never actually sent it to the bank to be processed. It proves absolutely nothing to me!!

    I am so fed up with this whole thing. I have contacted Max at another forum, and he suggested I start the PAB process. I am going to start filling out the form today and see what happens.

  • I just went to their Facebook page and was going to comment on their wall. I guess they have banned me because I cannot comment on anything on their page. They have also deleted most of my previous comments. I noticed that they have deleted other people's comments that were negative towards their casino. I saw the comments a few days ago and even replied to a few of them, and now everything is gone. Nice way to deal with unhappy customers...Very professional, huh?

    Thanks...I don't understand why they have are having so many problems with me, when others are getting paid. I have been chatting with a person on another forum, who is from TX. He made his second payout request on January 1st. They processed his payment on the 12th, and he had it in his account yesterday, the 17th. So why can't they manage to pay mine?? I am sure I pissed off more than one person at Vegas Vip, but jeez. Just pay me my money, and you won't hear from me again...I don't get it.

  • Yes, I did get paid. And actually, I have had two other withdrawals with them, one of which I am still waiting on partial payment. After I had my first payout for the $3,000, I cashed out with $1,000. Then after that one, I had this last cashout for $5,000. I have been paid the $1,000 and $2,500 of the $5,000. I am supposed to receive the remaining $2,500 this week.

    I have to say this for Vegas VIP, they are stupid slow on payments (it took me about a month to receive each one so far), but they pay.

    They have upgraded their cashier and ever since then, I have not been able to deposit there with a Visa or Mastercard. Support keeps telling me they don't know why I can't deposit and suggests I inform the banks to approve the transactions to Vegas VIP. Not much help there. I use both of those cards at every other online casino I play at, with no issues at all. I don't know what is going on.....

    That is strange that they have sent you off to your bank rather than try and resolve the problem at their end.

    The Visa I use is Netspend. I only get that limit exceeded reason when I try to deposit with that card. My Mastercard is my debit card with my bank. The only reason I get with it is the IDCheck failed.

    It just doesn't make sense to me that these cards would be rejected for suspicious charges or because they thought I was trying to use them at an online casino, when I use both of these cards-almost daily-to deposit at other online casinos.

    Chat did tell me to wait 24hrs (regardless of which reason I got when declined) before I tried to deposit again. That worked one time, but it hasn't worked since then. It's EXTREMELY frustrating!
