I played their signup bonus and won playing Slots Machines around €6000.
I have contacted the Rep here Nicolas Johnson but he never replied.
They approved all documents but then they sent this Email,
Dear T
We are sorry to inform you that upon manual review of your account, the
decision has been made to deny your pending withdrawals.
As stated in the terms on our website:
The Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or
confiscate all winnings for irregular play.
Sincerely,
Vegas Regal Casino Customer Support

Feedback from players helps detrmine whether a casino should be on the warning list (along with other factors of course). Please share all of your bad experiences. Obviously if there is only one incident, a casino would unlikely go on the warning list but it is good to hear all feedback about casinos, be it good or bad.
Thanks

Hi guys and gals,
I wish I had any news but sadly my emails are yet again being ignored.
The issue here is that VRC is accusing this player of being an advantage player ( bonus hunter ). And this is where we disagree.
Please mind there is nothing illegal in being an advantage player as long as no T&Cs were broken.
Originally they have provided me with rather vague explanation and when I asked VRC to provide me with an evidence of irregular play I got no reply.
The way I see it is if a casino offers a bonus promotion, and if a player ( bonus hunter or not ) fulfilled all the wagering requirement and stayed within T&Cs then that casino should pay.
It is that simple. Or else do not offer such bonuses that could be beaten!
However Im not ready to give up yet, and ill shoot them one last email .

well i think for most all rival casinos, EVERY bonus promotion, be it deposit bonus or ND bonus, there is always a max withdrawal. and i never see any max cashout more than 6000. except you deposit maybe 1,000 chips.
big promotion (500%) should only have half or one time the bonus max cashout. -

The final update.
It has been a real nightmare dealing with VRC. Chasing them for weeks to get a single reply, and when that would finally happen they wouldnt ( or maybe couldnt ? ) provide any evidence to support their decision to confiscate this players winnings.
They are still claiming the advantage and irregular play, but when asked to explain their stance and show me the proof of breach of their T&Cs they would just generically repeat that their decision stands.
Thereby they left us no choice but to issue a warning about such poor business practice.
Please note that warning itself is cautionary as this was one of the rare complaints against them and no other issues were reported.
None the less players should know their winnings could be confiscated due to rather vague terms, and that they can run into unresponsive Customer Support.
Im sad to see that what once was a solid operation has failed to see the importance of transparency and professionalism.
The warning was placed under VRC review and they are added to our Warning List.

IMHO, If a casino fails to communicate with one of it's promoters. Then that promote should quit promoting that casino altogether. What if another issue arise and they feel they don't have to explain again? Tough stance has to be taken through such actions. If this was CM Vegas Regal banner would be pulled down and rogued in a heart beat.

chocolatman,by CM do you mean casinomeister??If so,are you saying they are better then lcb??
LCB is a great forum and they DO warn members but it is up to the individual to decide if they want to still play there.LCB is not a dictatorship,so why pull down VegasRegals banner?? A caution to the players is enough I think! -

Absolutely spot on Rosebud. VRC does have a caution against them as Zuga has already said and if anyone looks at the review of this site or views it in the "All Casinos" list, they will see the warning sign. Players can choose whether to ignore that caution or not but it is always down to personal choice and it is very clear for everyone to see.

That's just like having a gun lying around. And telling your kids not to touch it. If you put it away. You won't have to worry about them getting shot.
To answer rosebud question. I think CM takes players gambling more seriously than LCB. They only pick selected casinos with great track records; And willing to communicate with it promoters. To have advertisements for rogue casinos with warning sign. Is a double standard isn't it? Why promote casinos that a large number of players are going to complain about? Why continue to promote a casino that won't even discuss a players complaint with it affiliates? Makes no sense.
While everyone screams we need regulations. If these affiliates will choose to promote quality casinos. That is willing to do the right things. And stop uncover promoting the rogues. Then regulations will have a huge head start. An unsuspecting person would surely have a greater chance of signing up to a non paying casino here at LCB than at CM. Just a fact. -

I'm surprised that you think CM takes players gambling more seriously than LCB does. LCB Admin/mods takes players gambling very seriously and every option to help a player is explored when assistance is required be it at a fantastic casino or not.
VRC was probably one of the best casinos we had on this forum at one point. The gifts/freebies were flowing and fun contests were a regular occurrence with everyone being awarded some sort of free chip and there were no withdrawal problems.
As far as players signing up to a rogue casino because they don't know better - if they choose not to bother to read the warnings or read the threads which are all clear and plain to see or do their homework about a casino before they sign up, then that is their choice and there isn't much that you or I or anyone else can do about it.
If a casino was removed from the list because they are rogue, do you not think that people would be depositing more because there would be no information about that casino at all. In my opinion, LCB showing warnings and reasons for warnings that are available to be read by anyone is better than not showing them at all.
