i will start by saying that the virtual group in my eyes is very suspicious, since 2092 they have had 1000's of complaints, for not paying, stalling, voiding, spamming etc.
they all share the same philosophy in my eperience, just recently i gave them a shot via these forums, but only because of the funny answer contest: i thought, hey if i win 500, id better be signed as member on winpalace, which i did, and through the registration progress i noticed i was back in cool cat/cirrus/wild vegas style!
i thought well maybe its different now and proceded.
i gave a code for no deposit, ( i recommend you always do ) its a good way to test the casino, the support etc.
then started playing the feature guarantee slot, which after reading rules and payout, seemed pretty cool.
i then went on o.50 bet, and was saving my percentages to 34 % so i could see if it would hit.

so , not really good right? the only reason i was reasonable was with the 500 chip prize on my mind ( funny answer contest i was sure of winning )
but i wasn't really charmed...
i have the screenshots of both chat and slot, but it doesnt really proof much.. if anyone wants to look ill post them though/
anyway i think when software fails, and i need to prove it, and they say they cant see what happened, and i need to go elsewhere or do it in writing, to me that is already a bad sign, regardless of the nice contest.
so i will as of this post never ever go to virtual group casinos again!
imagine me depositing, then winning and suddenly a software failure, an even if i would take prt.screen b4 every spin, what could i prove exactly? i can promise you it wont be enough proof to get money back!
