  • I know some have posted about how they were having problems with Slots Jungle and getting paid and/or not being able to talk to customer service. I just wanted to share my experiences concerning Slots Jungle.

    I have had several payouts with them over the last several months-most around $300-500 and one for $1,000. I just requested another payout for $300 a few days ago. They have always paid promptly (although I hate the 4 day wait for the payout to leave the cashier) and their chat, customer service, and VIP managers have always been excellent for me. They've always responded to me.

    As I said before in another thread, SJ sent me a gift basket a couple of months ago. They have been crediting my account with free chips (without me having to ask as I had to before) and calling me to let me know they have credited the chips to my account. Yesterday, Chuck (another VIP manager), called me to congratulate me on my last payout and to let me know I should receive my wire next week, after the U.S. holiday. He also wanted to let me know that he has put in the notes on my account that I would receive a 300% deposit bonus on my next deposit of any amount.

    I am no high roller. I don't spend hundreds with SJ a week. I am a loyal player with them, though. I do deposit with them weekly,  but not near the amounts I would consider to be high roller worthy. I have no idea why they treat me so well, but I am not complaining! They are a number one casino, in my opinion, and I would absolutely recommend them to anybody.

    I hate to read about anybody having negative issues with SJ. I just can't understand why I am treated so well by them but there are others that have problems. I hope that the other posters who were having payment issues with SJ got everything resolved.

    I am not trying to influence anybody one way or the other. I just wanted to share my experience and maybe brag a little smiley. I haven't had land based casinos treat me as well as SJ has! Anyway, happy gambling all, and I hope we all win some money this weekend!!  money

  • as an ex- high roller at this casino.....i can tell you that your treatment is BECAUSE you are a low roller and your witdraws are minimal.....if a casino cant pay a $1000 request.....they are pathetic at best.....SJ routinely only pays $500  with no official policy in place to justify it.....if you are happy that is all that matters.....many before you have LOVED this casino....myself being one of them........you just have to experience the JUNGLE treatment if and when you win a larger amount....they used to be my favorite and now i wouldnt touch them with a ten foot pole....it makes you wonder why that would be???

  • Thank you hbruner for sharing your story.  You really are treated very well and I love to hear positive comments about casinos.

    There are always going to be two sides to a story and of course each player is unique in how they gamble, how much they deposit, how much they win and so on but I do agree with dabigdog on the withdrawal ffront.  They really need to update their max withdrawal amounts.

  • Im not exactly a regular player there, but from time to time I make a deposit without claiming a bonus. I had several withdrawals in Slot Jungle so Im pretty satisfied with that casino, also didnt have any issues with them so far.

    Maybe Im gonna take advantage of some of their bonus offers soon and see how that goes.
