Royal Ace Withdrawal

Hi, 

I used a freechip and racked it up to $301.00 and I withdrew it on Jan 20 2010.  Unfortunately every time i contact support they keep giving me the same answer: 7-10 business days, and then 10 business days after that....  meanwhile I've been cashed and recashed twice at a competitor casino.  Their turnover is about 1 day,  and I became a depositing customer after I was satisfied with the service (and took out a bj bonus for 200).

I find the freechips a good way to test the waters and see what the process is if you happen to want your money back.  I find it very unrealistic that this casino takes a month to send a Neteller transaction.  I'm not sure of their main malfunction but maybe they having the mindset that the customer will cancel the withdrawal ....-  even tho I am not entitled to win any more money on this free chip. 

I will keep this forum posted on the results of my withdrawal. Talk to you in half a month when I am supposed to get my cash.

i am in total agreement with you as far as testing the waters go.  i always do this myself.  i really hate when they wait so long, you know it doesn't take that long.
i also figure they think we will weaken...it usually happens  :'( .

so you say you were entitled to more than 300. withdrawal on a freechip?  that is fantastic.  what chip was that?

It was FREE50CHIP,  I don't think I am eligible for 300, i believe support told me $225.  I'm not 100% sure all these casino's look the same.  maybe they will change the terms and give me 100 ..  then charge me 50 for the withdrawal, and a 25$ handling fee.  I will recommend Pure Vegas casino as their cashout time was about a day.  As for Royal Ace.....meh.  Some things are better left unsaid.

I feel the same way!  I took the plunge and made a deposit at VIP Lounge yesterday for $30.  I got a code from one of the other post on here.  I started at $90.  I hit $600+ on the Twister game.  I played all day long.  I noticed when I went to the cashier it said all was withdrawable.  I finally (after three attempts) got in touch with support.  I asked about playthrough and he told me there was no max cashout and no playthrough on the code I used.  He said they would deduct my bonus of $60.  I was shocked.  I wish I would have payed attention to the coupon I used.  I asked how long it took for a withdrawl.  He said after they receive my documents it takes 7-10 days to get approved and another 10 days to go through.  I was again shocked!  I could not believe it takes that long!  Long story short I went back after talking to him and couldn't win anything and lost it all.  I wish I would have cashed out something just to see how they handle cash ins.

Still waiting for the money.  I think its coming soon though.
