I am unfortunately one of the many people who were fooled by Pure Vegas Casino. Real time gaming software is over whelming but I must say that the games were not that good and up to the expectations I had whilst joining. First off I was pissed off by the late replies of the support team and the tiring verification process....

Real time gaming software is over whelming but I must say that the games were not that good and up to the expectations I had whilst joining. First off I was pissed off by the late replies of the support team and the tiring verification process. They spoke to me through emails which is the worst mode of communication to stay in touch with your users. There were times when I had to wait for at least 10 hours to get them back to me. Most of my problems still remain unsolved. The biggest of them all is the problem with withdrawals. As now i see the warning by LCB is very true. They have been known for not letting us cash out our winnings. Every time I processed for withdrawals there were some problems and the Admin never answered any of my question regarding withdrawals. I guess it makes clear that they are here just for our money. And our interest is none of their concern. All they want is for users to come join them and lose all their money. Typical casino. Its a shame that i didnt notice the warning signal mentioned by lcb on the top of its page. The games were also not that interesting and really tight. They have wide variety of games and good variance in poker but whats the point of playing and winning when they are not gonna let us cash out our winnings. The software is good but games arent interesting and their is very less traffic thats why one has to wait for players to come and join us on players. This is genuinely one of the biggest drawbacks.I had a very bad experience with them.Their bonus packages are very attractive but dont let it fool you as you are never gonna be able to meet the wagering requirements. I suggest everyone to avoid this casino because they are nothing but scammers. Find a better alternative and play their instead.
