Hi, I am new to this forum. i felt compelled to sign up and give my experience regarding bonuses and such from treasure mile etc. I have always read this forum, but this topic about monthly free spins and ND bonuses etc for depositors I have been looking for the answers to since I joined TM. I will try to keep it short because i could ramble on all day about it. First of all i am fairly new to this online slots to begin with. I live in california and have always been loyal to my harrahs group in las vegas who own cesars palace and every good casino there is in las Vegas. When i joined my first casino in vegas years back i got lucky because the casino i chose to start with years later was harrahs first takeover so i have been with them long time and they give you the world and you dont have to be a high roller. Point is loyalty programs are just that being loyal to the players that come back and deposit regularly and not just the high rollers because Im sure most of are not but we like to play and get a few perks along the way.
First of all I dont know many of online gambling dos and donts like taking bonus codes from websites like this one. After much reading and weeding out i narrowed it down to this casino seemed the most honest and reputable. I joined TM six months ago. Just figuring what group own who was a whole lesson in itself but ive conquered that one. Since reading this forum where i get the best info and reading many others i noticed where to find TM Mandarin Palace (which I also joined) bonus codes. It got me curious as to why I had to find the codes online here as opposed to the casinos sending me any. Then I read about free spins monthly etc but wasnt sure how that worked so ive been asking TM so many times how do I receive these monthly bonuses etc and the answer I have gotten is keep depositing you will. They only go to certain people, and so many other answers. It wasnt until I read this today finally I got some type of real answer since Anna works for TM and has posted. I have made 4 to 5 deposits every month since I joined back last October and I have never once received an email with special invite or free ND bonus. I have only gotten regular weekly deposit bonuses which by the way live chat talks to you that we should bow down and kiss the ground they walk on for having them. My answer to that is at the end of the day if you win they arenet giving you anything since if I am correct they remove from payouts cant remember now. I have used a couple of bonues I found here that have worked for me. Im confused about those too what works what doesnt why, and if you win since it wasnt personallly sent to you in the first place i read they wont pay you. Still not sure if this is true or not. Thats another question if it accepts code and your eligible for it why on earth didnt they send it to me in the first place. So do we know if TM and MP have these free monthly spins etc. Whenever i try to get info from the casino they are very evasive (albeit usually quite polite when they lie and tell you something else) so I still dont know what I should be getting that the casinos keep a secret about. Why isnt it posted anywhere cant tell you how many times i tried to google to find out. When i mentioned it again yesterday at TM she gave me 25.00 for free to shut me up. I thought she was being nice. Im thinking now i should of gotten a little more after reading up on it. I still like playing at this group of casinos but im sort of in the dark and a little upset that I have to hunt for info and then get lied to by customer service. Yesterday i was told to gamble more. I dont want to abuse any bonuses and never will but if your going to play and be loyal give a little back, and dont hide info about it and have to learn from forums.
As far a grand prive group thats a whole other story which I will post under those casinos. I decided to deposit at 2 of their casinos last night because the perks had free spins etc and wanted a little more bang for my buck. I got a bang alright. I spent 2 hours spent trying to claim the free spins. Thats the only reason i deposited there and it wasnt much thank god. They are crooks and if I could of put my fist through the phone I would have. Im very easy going but when im told im not going to get those free spins and told that i already got a bonus (which i found on forum months ago) the first time I downloaded casino but didnt choose to deposit until the promos came out the other day with free spins wasnt working for me. Before i deposited i explained that I had downloaded but never deposited before with live chat and asked if i could reinstall etc and they said yes even got his name and kept the chat session. I can see why that casino groups reputation surpasses them. They are crooks I will post what happened on that forum. Never have I ever been treated so rudely and accusastory of things i have never done. 2 hours wasted of my life trying to get them to honor what they had set up with affiliates to download. A complete bunch of very rude morons that need to find a new job.I must say TM have always been nice they just have never told me the truth when I asked and have always gave some staple answer gamble more. Anyway be safe to say i will never ever gamble even if its free at any grand prive casino. I will stick with TM etc but would like to sort out what we should be getting and the truth as to why I have never recieved any special email never once since I started gambling there. Its the only casinos I gamble at but think perhaps I shouldnt be. Since being new to all this what is PM i keep reading. Bare with me while i fgure out how to navigate this forum im still confused. Im confused on this whole ND thing too. thanks for listening to my ramble but it has been bugging for months now not getting answers until i found this today.

Firstly, welcome to the forum!
Thank you so much for taking the time to respond to this threat and share with us your thoughts. As I understand the main issue you currently have with Treasure Mile is that the bonuses are not very clear. Who gets them, when do you get them, what are the requirements etc. I totally agree with you that this should have a clear structure leading to minimum questions and disappointments.
As you might have read we have recently changed our loyalty system, and there is plenty of room for improvements. I will certainly have a chat on how we can make things more clear – plus communicate benefits better to our clients, like you. You shouldn’t have to go and ‘search for info web, but instead it should be clear on the site. It’s a very good point and I hope to bring some improvements to this.
