Yes again...I've been lied to. We are still waiting to hear from our finance dept. We sent several emails. We should hear something in the morning. Wow, now there's some truth! It truly is unfortunate that players weren't told that from the beginning..... however......
I can certainly understand the casino being "between a rock & a hard place" when it comes to this. I mean, we all freak out when a processor goes down for whatever reason, so I can understand the casino not wanting to scare their players. Then they have to scramble to cover the cash assets they just lost with that processor - what a mess for them.

hey scimitars, got to call you on your post. What you claimed to be, ( pissed off about nothing, and babies the lot of ya), are issues that people want to read and hear about. Codes not working at all, codes working for some and not for others, people recieveing checks that bounce, people recieveing no checks at all that are due them, these are all issues that people want to know about. Yes, these posts, might be in the wrong thread, the mods will take care of that! I'm sure the mods and admin, will back me on this. We're all here to help one another, and provide the latest info on casinos or establishments, that may or could have issues, be it a negative or positive for the player, (players us).

I am glad you have been paid, however their reasoning is still a little sketchy to me. If their processor has been seized and they are LOOKING for another processor, how/why did you get paid all of a sudden(boom, boom, bam) when you threatened?

Here is a couple latest problems I am finding with Betonsoft casinos:
Grand Eagle: I went to the other day and asked to cash in my monthly tier credits, which according to their own website and my Bronze tier, would be 50 credits. After a lengthy conversation with the chat mod, I got nowhere, and they told me that it still is not in place yet, they said it was still under construction. I said it did not say anything to this effect.
Asked for a couple free spins in lieu of the credits for good faith...no bite. I was asked if I wanted to be taken off the promotion list. This really would not make a difference, because this offer is taken directly off their website.
Now, today I approached Mandarin Palace, and asked them what was the procedure they follow for the birthday bonus,
as I was a Jade Dragon Tier, and in accordance with that, I would have been entitled to a $50. birthday bonus, except, all I got was another apology, and same thing...we are under construction. This is a newly constructed website, but the offers have been the same. When you click on loyalties, it speaks mostly of birthday bonuses, and they are not prepared to give them out at this time. I am a loyal depositor at this casino, so figured I could get a could spins from them...but no go there either...I am losing my trust in these casinos, especially after hearing about Chocolateman's checks bouncing...
Well, I am going to check out Big Dollar...they should be given me a $20. bonus, I will let you know how that one works out...

They shouldn't advertise such things if they have no intention of honoring them.
As far as you loyalty points, you should be able to just go into the cashier click on loyalty and input the amount and redeem! I know this is how it used to work at their casinos but perhaps that is now "under construction" too!

as far as the loyalties you are talking about, i am aware of that, but according to their website, there are loyalities
above and beyond your own, which they call "monthly tier" loyalties
i think i have seen grand prive give them out before at the king tier level, with a coupon,
but these other guys offer something more, check out their websites, under loyalties. You should be entitled to a monthly
bonus, depending on which tier you are under.
When I asked for it, they said it is under construction, and they would let us know when it is available.. Well as far as I am concerned, if it is not available, then it should not be advertised on the website as on of our loyalties. It does not say ANYWHERE ON THIS WEBSITE UNDERCONSTRUCTION. It shows it as a full offer.
Both places.
Well, my Villento/Rich Reels didn't let me down, got $100. from them, so that made up for it

sorry, but I think you have to go thru what I've gone thru with Treasure Mile. I made my withdrawal on 12/22 and received an email on 12/24 said that my winning was paid, but I still have not recevied my winning yet until today, so it has been only 14 days ago, lol. I guess somebody won a big chunk from these casinos or something that's why they need to delay to prepare the cash they need.

you are not alone my friend, I asked them about BD bonus back in Oct last yr. They told me the same, the website promo was not ready yet, and they would back credit bd bonus when it is ready, I contacted support almost every week about this bonus, I would get the same answer until I gave up. They want new customers, that's why they need to advertise good stuff on their website, but they treated their loyal customers like crap, my advice is play with their freebies when u can, if u want to deposit, please do it with other software types, where they treat their loyal customers good.

yes, i see they reel you in with their lines of crap, and free spins etc. and as soon as you start depositing, you are a nothing to them. it really is too bad. i had some hope when i first started withdrawing some 500's of a no deposit, but after that...right down hill for me...

I've also noticed that @ Grand Eagle, they r only providing ONE match promo per WEEKEND & u can only claim it ONCE the entire weekend. I claimed this weekend's match already ( a whopping 50% match), so went 2 live support 2 c if any other codes r being offered. I was told my account isn't eligible 4 any other match promos this weekend. This after I've plunked several hundreds over the last few months in2 this casino......

I do not have a QT account. The money I had in my Treasure Mile account was from a previous deposit about a month ago. I usually try and cashout but leave something to play with.
I am so sick of these MFs @ TM. I requested a check by express mail. They usually send me a tracking number. But this time i didnt received one. Just an email stating my withdrawal was paid. wow, to me...this is very serious business if quick tender is having problems with processors too.
now, in all my life, i have never had problems making deposits in casinos, and lately...it seems like that is all there is, and they are all blaming it on the new processors, and say it will be cleared up soon. Well, if it was me, I would never take a check, if I cannot even make a deposit, or sometimes have to wait for my withdrawal, due to processor problems, and all they casinos I have been dealing with are ALL assuring me this is a world wide problem with casinos, until they can find processors that they can work with. Just chatted with ED, whom I feel has bad manners! I did save the chat which just has a nasty(Ed)tone to it! Anyway, he first said we have no such program, and then changed it to say it is not launched yet and NO ONE has or will get any loyalty spins until it is launched at which time they will notify every player(that is a lot of retroactive spins)!
I said, " I see you launched that cashier to take deposits!" He said, "that is not a program it is software!" Huh?
In short he said exactly this " At the end of the day Kim, no free spins will be credited into your account." Then I said " At the end of the day Ed, NO deposits will be credited to your casino!"
I just don't feel comfortable depositing at a casino that advertises/promises something for loyalty, but it is just a BIG scam/lie! If it is not launched yet don't you think they would say something on the website like " loyalty program not yet in place" or
"coming soon" or "soon to be launched" or
"we will advise you when this is ready" or
